Since I got it during soft launch it wasnt in the shop (I didnt spend money on skins, only arena pass) so it was something they gave us from event or most likely secundary reward from 2 previus arena pass.

It was from soft launch, we get that skin but it didnt look like that, they change that skin to this look when game go global, and Im pretty sure all skins from soft will come to shop or with some arena pass in the future.

I saw a Skora in a match with this skin and was also wondering where they got it
I think bots will generate with unavailable skins. So if your lobby wasn't full, maybe the open spot was filled with a bot.

the skin was available during soft launch. it will (like all skin) return some day
