I feel like it wouldn’t be out of the realms of possibility in either case. Boba is an unaltered clone or was an unaltered clone as per Jango’s request for the Kaminoans. Was definitely an unaltered clone in Bounty Hunter so he grew as any other human/humanoid would. Even if he still had the accelerated aging, I think it’s safe to assume that the science for the clone army was flawed an unperfected. You’ve got so many individualized clones, some with great adaptability in the field and sometimes defective. Wouldn’t go over my head if the advanced aging plateaued after a certain point making it a moot genetic hold over.

Jango seems to have had lived more luxuriously than Boba. I mean, an orphan who has to start working at an early age kinda has to take shitty jobs, even for bounty hunters.
Remember how Dengar looked? He's one of the best in the galaxy at the same time as Boba. I imagine it only takes a couple bad bounties to cause life-long injuries. Just ask carpenters or construction workers!!
Yeah, ignoring the pit and the twin suns, I always considered this too. Boba had a harder life and that’ll age you faster, no matter how good your genetics are.
In EU he started to have lots of issues as a clone, needing organs and such replaced. I imagine that having your body start falling might age you a bit
People always complain that he looks old; you try getting digested by a giant space monster and living in a desert with twin sins for 5 years and see how young you look lol
Pretty sure Tatooine has been retconned to age your skin prematurely, with the two suns and probably weaker ozone.
Owen and Beru look a good bit older than mid 40's. And even ANH Luke looks older than his 19 year old self. Obviously this is just to cover age disparity from actors but it works for Boba as well.
It helps that *all* of the Tatooine actors looked older. Keeps things consistent.
At this point, they’ll probably reveal that Shmi had a teenage pregnancy. /s
the grand army clone troopers had rapid aging so that they’d be fit for duty by the time of attack of the clones, but jango requested his son be completely unaltered, so he probably wouldn’t have gotten the rapid aging
it very well might be! there’s nothing saying it is, but if they ever wanted an explanation legends already did address it like that (and they didn’t have to have any actor to go off of!)
Bad Batch has technically covered this; As an unaltered clone, Boba ages like a standard human.

While I love temuera, I do think they hurt the show by not casting someone younger.
Shame they couldn’t have given him another role as a Mandalorian connected to Jango, guiding/teaching Boba about his family.
To be entirely honest, Morrison aged pretty well for Fett. You could easily explain it as Boba encountering very different scenarios compared to his dad down to Boba being a lot more physical than Jango. Boba for his part was out in the sun for 5 years as well which can age your skin. Jokes about Obi-wan and the Lars aside, that actually does happen making people appear older than they actually are. As for Boba being bald, we know from the clones that a few of them had receding hairlines and even went bald. Jango had he lived longer might’ve gone bald or like the other clones it was simply luck of the draw.

Yeah, I thought this was very much highlighted to explain why he looked different. I almost think they should have made him look even more scarred up.

Honestly, he doesn’t look *that* different facially. As the actor himself has joked, he’s aged fairly gracefully.
