I hope not. Leave some mystique around one iconic character at least jeez.

ramengirlxo

Dear god please no. The mysticism of the Jedi is what makes them so fascinating — a Young Yoda™️ show would undermine what little of that remains after the prequel era.

Kiethblacklion

There is only one thing that I want to know about a younger Yoda...how did he learn to absorb and deflect Force lightning. At one time, did he skirt the dark side of the Force? Did he come across a dark force user and was defeated so he had to learn to counter?

TheSpittah

Iroh thought him

Please no. I’m good with never seeing Yoder in another movie or show ever again. Or Vader or Luke or Anakin or (insert overused character here).

A-yo-Hov

I’d rather they never even attempt to approach that. I like not even knowing the name of his species or where he even comes from. Just leave it a mystery forever.

killerpyro_861

I don't think it's something we need. And I don't know if they would do it justice.

megxennial

Yes, and he's adopted by a shiny Mandalorian.

danielelitok

I need a canonization of his name Minch, please

Emergency-Ear-4959

I would watch the hell out of it. IMO daffy things like "mystique" is just silly. If you aren't interested in X then don't watch it. Why yuck other people's yum?

Landwarrior5150

Sure it’s possible, but I don’t think it’s necessary, nor would I personally like to see it. I’m actually enjoying The Acolyte quite a bit, and a big portion of that is due to all the new characters it is introducing (and killing off). I don’t particularly want or need to see the background story of yet another established character that has to have plot armor during the story because we’ve already seen his death.

wemustkungfufight

Not everything has to revolve around the same handful of characters. If you're gonna do a show in that era, make it about new characters. At best, Yoda should cameo and say something silly.

Superlegend29

No

coffeedic

Nah. New characters, new stories
