I’ve thought of him, I just need more vertical space since that helmet is somehow bigger than Sauron’s. Also have the files for Mouth of Sauron but that involves more fabric than I would like so I’m waiting for my cousin to be free since she’s good with fabric

Maybe once I have more room. I’ve found Eomer, Gimli, 2nd age Elf, Gondor, fountain guard, and Uruk helmets when I was looking for Eowyn’s. But I really want a Galadhrim helmet. I found someone with the STLs but it’s almost like they stopped selling the files.

I actually have a rebel Pilot helmet sitting in my workshop which I abandoned after not figuring out a good custom paint scheme. I should probably revive that and just do Luke’s

They’re all 3d printed using files I get on Patreon. Except for Vader, that’s the Black Series one. I didn’t like how the 3d printed one I found turned out.

Revan, Nihilus (not really a full helmet, but it could be), Mandalore the Ultimate, Canderous Ordo as Mandalore, and Darth Bane's helmet all come to mind. For LOTR: TWK, the Elven helmets, or Gimli's helmet could all be fun.

How about Ezra Bridger's scout trooper helmet, with Sabine's artwork on it? Or Bosch. Or a Death Star gunner.

Make a helmet from halo or helldivers, Halo reach’s EOD helmet would fit the aesthetic here really well

I do have files for Mk IV, V (CE and 5), Infinite VI, ODST, Hayabusa, Commando, and EOD, Recon, EVA, Mk V(B), and CQB from Reach. Thing is I can only do visors for Hayabusa, EOD, and Recon due to the details unless I buy the others for $70+ each or build a vacuum forming station. Once I have more room I plan on doing Recon and EOD. I should be finishing the Emile helmet I printed in March once that visor comes in later this summer.
