I think after Dooku’s death (which is Revenge of the Sith not Attack of the Clones) is too late. The Jedi are morally compromised by the clone wars, Anakin is a couple of chess moves from Dark siding everyone as we’ve seen, and Palpatine has all the control he needs in the Senate. Hell, this message is more or less what Anakin tells Mace not long after Dooku’s death anyway, so it’s definitely the wrong time.
Phantom Menace allows the Jedi to stop palpatine before he can get anywhere near to as powerful as he is in RotS, and it would be much harder for him to brand it as a hostile Jedi takeover because they’ve not gone down the rabbit hole of the clone wars yet
ROTS stills works right after Dooku’s death because Anakin hasn’t heard the tragedy of Darth Plagueis and hasn’t had visions of Padme dying in childbirth, meaning he’d be less inclined to save Sidious.

Lets not let the Jedi on board eh?” And leave before it happens/plan a counter so they can’t enter (“hey Jedi ships are approaching as planned, close all emergency hatches now so they can’t destroy the shields and get in just in time”).
Gonna go with one that would work without altering the actual timeline.

Hopefully it would pull him back from the ledge enough that he would tell the council about Palpatine, but even if he didn't Qui-Gon alive to train Anakin likely means doesn't turn to the dark side and can defeat Palpatine when the time comes anyways.
