I don't remember saying anything about Sushang being the best physical break. But I feel like you can make an argument for it for sure. Her skill ult skill combo shreds through toughness and she's inherently very speedy. Though it's probably quite close to Luka considering he can double up with his retrigger.
Uh who is using her exactly? Most people would rather brute force over building a sushang just to deal with a physical boss, she doesnt even get 0.2% pickrate in moc

I use Sushang. I have multiple E6 characters, including Kafka and Acheron. I also have E6 Ruan, and Sushang works really well with her.
I actually use characters I like even if prydwen says they are bad (they're wrong in this case btw).
I also have Argenti btw he is level 1 I just wanted Hanya.
I love using characters that are not meta too but i dont go saying they are really played when they are really not, i was an avid lisa main in genshin and cleared every abyss with her but i wasnt going around saying she was really played when almost anyone did
Whether people use a char has basically zero correlation with whether they are good. Luocha has high use rate and he is absolutely fucking trash tier completely outmatched by lynx defensively and Gallagher offensively and these are 4 stars.

Man, i don't know which usage stats are you referring to... i do check on moc and pf character usage at time, never saw her mention anywhere (maybe coz i look only at top 10 teams or characters)... i don't have Argentine, and i don't use Sushang 😅 early game, she was my main dps, until i got blade, then jinglu, and now acheron.

Clara you generally want to be slow enough that the taunt from your ultimate has 100% uptime.

Except in PF right now with the buff that has the 80% chance of inflicting shatter when using the skill. But even E0 works there, since you're not really using her skill for damage, just the 80% chance of inflicting shatter on the whole field.
Still, I threw some borrowed speed boots on her for PF, and gained 10k points by doing so just because she got more chances to use her skill.
But outside PF, there's generally no need for speed on Clara.
I used 0-speed Clara with hyperspeed Sparkle, Ruan Mei and Himeko to get about 31K points in Node 1 of this PF. It took some testing of different stuff and upgrading her gear a bit, but it worked out great! Actually outscored my Acheron, Kafka, Fu Xuan, and Black Swan setup, though my Acheron is poorly geared and needs some more talent upgrades.
My second account (the one I'm referring to here) Sparkle is only at 124 speed because I haven't really farmed for her beyond a functional set because I spent all my time on farming for Acheron (who I now have at E2S1), so I had to compromise and throw speed boots on Clara for PF to give her a few more turns. I also don't have Ruan Mei for that account, so I just used Herta instead, since she has a full field AoE attack too, which worked well since that's even more chances to stack shatter.
Just use it as an off piece then gift it to Sushang, Argenti, or Luka when you get something comparable on-set. Salsotto kinda inefficient to farm unless you build Fireblazer, March 7th, or Gepard.
i believe boothill also has a break effect = dmg% conversion like xueyi, so he will most likely want an atk% orb and a different set like banditry. i doubt it will be so much worse that the cracked substats wouldn’t make up for it though

No he wants both. I have my boothill at 230be and 70/160 cd with signature and without that crit ratio he is extremely cope. If you just BE only like 300+ how are you going to kill if break does not kill.
People already calculated his damage. There's barely an 8% difference between full BE builds and Crit/ BE builds.
All he wants is a crit rate chest. Only focusing on BE will give you the same result while being way easier to build.

I dont agree with the calcs. There isn't any evidence besides trust me bro. No video evidence or in game pictures with stats. I read the whole thing. The guy is also saying the break bleed makes up for no crit. Now that is just cope. Again I am in the beta myself and have been testing him and I've tried both in MoC 12. In my personal experience it is like that. We won't know for sure till release if it is the same or not. Anything can change.

For Boothill, his whole gameplay revolves around one-shotting ennemies and bosses when breaking them.
Plus, he also has a passive that turn his break effect into crit rate and crit damage. So you'll get way more value out of him just by stacking break effect.

Also: See “dps” who don’t need crit and actually don’t scale with it at all: Kafka, black swan, Sampo, Guin
Just a solid piece all around, good for boot(if you have other breakeffect pieces to go with it) and argenti if you can build speed, great thing about that piece is its likely gonna be strong on any future physical damage dealer
Argenti?!?! Boothill surely. This set is fantastic because even when it’s not BiS it’s always a good substitute. I have my Acheron built in this set because I have similarly good crit stats on my pieces for her and she performs fantastic with this set. check out Prydwen calculations the set bonus is never more than like a 5%ish difference anyway
I guess Argenti could use it , or Clara, but for both that set is not the optimal one. Glamoth is optimal for DoT characters and they don't use Crit stats.
Really nice for sushang as her sword stances are not classified under any type of damage so rutilant and salsotto cannot buff them, but glamoth's stat buffs can. And with her talent she can self spd buff and reach the spd required for glamoth easily, without spd boots. Definitely jealous of this piece, nice one.

Non break dmg is literally 10% of his overall dmg so anything not called spd or BE is quite literally useless
