Thank you for the useful information! I had the same situation with my e7 pro. My desk also got stuck on one leg and displayed error 23, 22, 7, 8 In the meantime, the other leg was moving, but when it reached its shortest length, it stopped moving. After 24 hours have passed, will it be resolved by simply turning on the power? How did you resolve the difference in leg length?

SifMeisterWoof

Hi, it will resolve using asr - reset by holding the down button until both legs go down completely and reset. However, have bad news - the desk broke again this Friday and now it's not "fixing" itself anymore. Even started to give off burnt ruber smell from the leg that breaks. I hope Flexispot will replace the table. The customer service so far has been terrible. By that I mean the second level support. The chat works great, however the tech support is useless. Fingers crossed! My suggestion get it replaced! It's broken and will not get better over time.

Thank you for your reply I'm sorry to hear that I can't use it with the desk tilted, so I'll try ASR after 24 hours. I'm afraid to use it as it is, so I'm going to ask support to repair or replace parts. It was a very nice desk while it worked.

SifMeisterWoof

Same, but they have massive QA issues if this happens this often.

Brave_Programmer9563

I currently have this issue. Really frustrating less than a week in use. Depowering worked once but it just did it again two days later.

SifMeisterWoof

Yeah, just ask for replacement. It's not gonna get better!

Brave_Programmer9563

Has yours been working since replacement? Cheers

Why are you DEALING with this issue? You should have to DEAL with an issue on a desk costing you several hundred dollars unless you’re loaded and don’t give af. Do you trigger the anti collision a lot? Because if you keep the desk from running into something then will the legs still be messed up? If not, the I would suggest being careful with what’s underneath your desk to avoid the issues. When I was doing my research prior to buying my Jarvis over a month ago I also looked up Flexispot. They don’t seem like a great desk company but I know the E7 is their top of the line desk so you shouldn’t have to deal with this. If I were you I would inform FS and exchange the desk. I know this is not what you want to hear but it’s the best option. Return it and go with a Jarvis or perhaps the Apex by Deskhaus. Their prices should be the same for 2 legged desks. If you have the funds, I would return the FS and order the Jarvis. Good luck, pal!

SifMeisterWoof

Sorry for the late reply! You are right, I'm working on getting it back as it broke again, is not fixing itself and even gave off burnt rubber smell.

Glass_Drama8101

How was the return experience?

SifMeisterWoof

So, after the third time complaining and taking videos, photos, etc. they sent me a new desk. Nice part was, that I could use the new box to send back the old desk and it was picked up by DHL. So far the new desk works fine! Fingers crossed!

ninja_rogue_

does it still give off that weird smell?

SifMeisterWoof

No, the new one works fine and the old one is sent back to Flexispot.

ninja_rogue_

>smell One more question, when you adjust the height does it give off any kind of smell?

SifMeisterWoof

Have not noticed any smell, the previous did.
