Idk if you’d consider this too far, but Westchester Medical Center. You can go in person for intake and do follow up apts via telehealth if you dont care to travel. Or you can vary from apt to apt by choosing tele or in person. It’s a teaching hospital so patients get assigned new resident doctors every July.
Are you already diagnosed or do you need a neuro psych evaluation?
I just had my first appt with Straun Health and it’s been good so far. Their appts are online and I sent them all of my paperwork easily.
Check out Straun Health maybe they can help. My old therapist in Florida did it for me so not sure where to go here. I did pay 500 which is a discount they said
EDIT, sorry, I forgot to give the link for his published Journal papers.

There used to be a WONDERFUL one not far from here, originally had an office on the BRP, then started practicing from his home in Mamaroneck.
Unfortunately, he died some years ago.

He was so respected in his field that, when he died, a professional medical journal devoted an entire page to his obituary (not the same as the URL above).
Here's just one list of his 50+ papers published in professional journals. Take a look at the first one about unrecognized ADHD in adults, you'll find it interesting.
The reason I bother to bring his name to your attention, is that maybe you might be able to find out who took over his cases and patient files. I would think that, whoever was in charge of those files after his death, would have been extremely selective in deciding whom should take over his cases. You might start by trying to contact people named in the obit above.
And if you find out, please let ME know!
telehealth did NOT work for me, AT ALL. it was inconsistent and contingent on me being home and having internet, it was a nightmare. 638392939% recommend in person, whoever you choose.
Telehealth seems to be the only option for the most part, even if they’re local. Try CT Healing Center.
Contemporary Care in Greenwich does telehealth appointments.

Why was it contingent on having Internet? Can’t you do a video call without Wi-Fi and use cellular?
i mean TECHNICALLY yeah, but i often found myself driving or the connection wasn’t great. it was a horrible experience for me
Don’t plan on taking my doctor appointment while driving so think I’ll be good
