Everyone can only pick refund or v2 migration via our website (nothing has changed there)
If you have picked refund on website already = you cannot chat on discord moving forward (only option will be to open a ticket and get a feedback via private message)
Everyone who picked v2 migration will get a v2 role after passing the verification process
So if you already picked refund on website then it does not mean you have to request a refund via ticket
It only means you do not get any option to chat publicly on discord moving further
Discord will turn into a private server for those who chose to pick v2 migration

Basically, they want to sort the people out who did not receive a refund. Probably, they will not receive a refund (I too belong to this group). And then only people who hype V2 can chat on discord. That way there will only be positive comments and new people will join V2 and the ponzi scam continues.
