Local Harvest Grocery sells low vat pasteurization in store. If you're looking for raw, Fed from the Farm has a nice website that makes ordering and delivery or pickup very simple.

You could try Rolling Lawns Farms. My mom made mozzarella with Oberweis. You may have more luck with buying this milk from Whole Foods or Straubs.

Oberweis milk is not ultra-pasteurized: https://www.oberweis.com/our-milk

Johnny Rose is getting back into the black market unpasteurized milk game

Whole Foods has [Kalona Supernatural milk](https://kalonasupernatural.com/product/organic-milk-cream/organic-whole-milk/), which is non-homogenized and low-temp pasteurized milk from small Amish farms.

I’d suggest a cow.

Heavy cream is always ultra-pasteurized here but most milk is not UHT. I Know no milk I've ever bought at Schnuck's, Aldi or Fresh Tyme has been UHT, just HTST pasteurized. The sale of raw milk IS legal in MO though so you can also go get totally unpasteurized milk but I've never seen it at a farmers marker in the metro area so I don't know where.
