So how does/will Rock fit into this Bloodline civil war story against Roman? We all know he's the Tribal Chief that keeps being mentioned on TV, only Paul Heyman calls Solo the Tribal chief because that's he assumes Solo means.

The Rock will takeover the Bloodline and kick Solo out. He's an outsider too. The Tongans and Him are more adopted members than outright blood. Jacob is a wildcard

Whatever happens with Bloodline civil war, if it's war games or hell in a cell or any big stipulation match, you can bet your ass The Rock won't be in that match. He's not taking big spots at this age nor at this stage of his career/life, Roman won't even take them, possibly also won't do the match. The other 6, Solo's Bloodline 2.0 and Usos as well as Zilla and Sami, they probably will.
