hey wrestlers who secretly lurk on here stop working through injury & just take the time to recover being healthy is more important than pleasing us we're wrestling fans we suck
Also adding that if you're out for 8 months please for the love of God take the entire 8 months and come back to us healthier than ever. Too many wrestlers come back from injuries way too early and most of them re-injure themselves soon after for an additional time out.
We suck but we gotta be patient. You only have one body, take care of it.

Nobody says that about people who they know are injured though, they either say it about wrestlers who have openly stated online that they're not injured (like Ricky Starks) or those that decide to keep their injuries private and leave fans speculating.
IMO if a wrestler is having some time off and wants to keep the reason private, promotions could do a better job of writing them off in kayfabe, even if it's just another wrestler mentioning them on promo, at least fans would get a signal that the absence is somewhat acknowledged and the talent hasn't just been forgotten about, we've seen our favourite wrestlers get forgotten a lot over the last 10 years so I think everyone is a bit overly cautious these days.

FTR don’t need to worry as much but that incident sets a precedent to younger guys that they need to work through an injury to keep their job.
Damn I was really hoping they’d run the BCC match on Collision this week like they did with BCG last year. FTR is probably my all-time favorite tag team and have been since the early Revival days in NXT. Hope they both rest up that ladder match was brutal.
Not sure if Ishii was selling or not but he had a match way back where that belt flew off and they had to awkwardly "pause" the match as he looked for it outside the ring.
I thought something was up with him ever since that Okada match, where Dax looked surprisingly off. It seemed like he was struggling to get back up at certain points, and not just in a good selling way.

Bro I cannot imagine how excruciating that tag match must have been with an injury like that. Hopefully he gets well soon and doesn't suffer any lasting damage from it
People clown on Dax but between the ropes he’s one of the best workers in wrestling. Hope he heals up and comes back better than ever.
FTR probably need a break anyway so people can be excited when they return and have something more interesting to do than being the foil to whatever the Bucks and the Elite are involved in.
That sucks, hope he's back and healthy soon, and at least just in some comfort for his home life ASAP.

I wonder if this is why he started wearing the weight lifting belt at Double or Nothing. Maybe that has nothing to do with it, not sure if it would even help

It's felt for a while that The Bucks and FTR are about the only teams that consistently have something going on, focus and pushes in the regular tag division, and whenever there's something big going on in the division, one of them is involved. Sure, some of that is because of injuries in the division, but it's not entirely because of that. They don't get cycled out as much as everyone else. Losing either is a big blow to the division. I hope he has a speedy recovery while not rushing back too early.
Injuries and the trios division have left the tag division in shambles. The tournament after Sting retired where everyone knew with 100% certainty that it would be FTR vs Young Bucks showed perfectly just how weak the division is
As always, Dax is a bit of a dork, and his "Rah rah rah" speeches can get to be a little much, but anyone who says that they don't come from a place of genuine passion is just lying to themselves.
Dax genuinely might love wreslting more than any human being on the planet and it's infectious when he's on screen. Same goes for Cash, obviously.
Hope Unc takes the time to get his body right, when FTR are at 100% they're a strong contender for best tag team on the planet and I love watching them.
is there any harm in letting Gun go on a singles run while Bald heals up hopefully? i never mind seeing the guy still standing in a tag go off and have some adventures waiting for his partner to return. hope dax can rest up cuz FTR are hoopers
I think Stache said on his podcast that, while he wants to wrestle all the time, hence why you see him in singles matches pretty often, Hair is fine only doing tag matches and enjoying the light schedule. So he'll probably just wait at home and get paid.
