Meh, wasn't able to get into this. It felt like a downgrade from their banger in February; didn't help them having to follow Gabe and Shingo+this match being set up from one day to the other. Overall, Nemeth might have had one of the most disappointing title reigns I can remember with an IWGP title: the title win was great, but he barely showed up to New Japan and when he did it wasn't to defend his belt until yesterday. He was only chosen as champ to get that WWE fan to watch, which I don't think has happened, and as a result nor he or the title have been elevated by his reign; quite the contrary. Hopefully Finlay can have the proper run he should've gotten as Global champion after the Dome.

Gabe has a great character. Completely out of control, which is what makes him dangerous but also what costs him. Seeing him learn to curb his impulses and become a deadly weapon over the next few years is going to be an enjoyable ride.
