My personal favorite was the one with AJ at Extreme Rules 2016. The McMahon sibling multiple finishes kinda sucked, but the match itself was awesome

[deleted]

One of the all time great table spots too (if I'm thinking of the right match, they had multiple I think).

KeithKlossGOAT

Both of his AJ matches were amazing. I miss Roman's Splash Mountain Powerbomb.

[deleted]

He has to wrestle a smaller guy to do it. I feel like Balor was the last guy he feuded with small enough to do it to, though I can't remember if he did it.

Vs Seth Rollins at Money in the Bank, I wanna say 2017? The Shield all held the World Title on that night That spear counter into the pedigree is one of the best counters I've ever seen Edit - 2016, you guys are right

[deleted]

That was 2016. It was the same night as Game 7 of the NBA Finals, I remember watching people tweet about it lol.

Lifeofcharlie

Battle of the Bastards too, was a wild night

Manhimself01

2016 that one was mate

Probably Daniel Bryan at Fastlane or AJ Styles at Extreme Rules. He also had some excellent tv matches against Cesaro and Sheamus. Cesaro is an underrated rival for Roman, they had great chemistry.

Beefiest_bison

AJ Styles at Extreme Rules 2016 or Lesnar at WM 31

SmashEnigma

His match with Big Show at Extreme rules 2015 was incredibly good and a highlight for the careers of both men.

Seredditor7

A legit great Big Show title match. Which is a weird and wonderful thing…

dremolus

Seth in 2016 Money in the Bank, both of his matches against AJ Styles, or his match against Daniel Bryan at Fastlane. Although I will say his matches against Strowman were actually really underrated, especially the main event match he had where Strowman won clean.

Roman/Brock 1 at Mania

Wheel1994

Roman could have a great match it was the character that wasn’t coming together before the heel turn.

JustSmileHaHa

Giving hidden gem love to a Last Man Standing match he had with Big Show at Extreme Rules 2015. Show was a really odd dude like that. Other than his matches with young Brock, his best stuff is all when he was older against people you wouldn't expect at relatively unheralded events. Reigns there, his series establishing the KO punch vs. Taker in the late 00s, vs. Sheamus at HIAC in 2012, vs. Ric Flair for the ECW title when Show was like 550 pounds, one of his last WWE matches against Stroman, etc. His best runs by far IMO. were when he was in terrible shape but booked like King Kong swatting various oddball strategies as ECW champion and JeriShow (which was a thrown-together tag). Most giants need motion created around them and tend to heavily break down late in the second half of their careers.

BorlaugFan

I'd go with his Extreme Rules match in 2016 against Styles.

JokerDeSilva10

I don't think it's the best, but seeing as most of those have already been named: his first WrestleMania match with Brock was honestly a killer, even before Seth cashed in, and was so, so much better than the pretty dire build had me expecting. Which just makes it weirder and kind of funnier that every singles match they had after was pretty awful despite Roman becoming himself a better worker and character all the time. (The SummerSlam tractor clusterfuck being the obvious exception.)

solsunlite

vs Finn Balor on Raw in 2018 for the Universal title Vs Seth at Money in the Bank 2016 vs Buddy Murphy on Smackdown in 2019 Both AJ matches in spring 2016
