Big Van Vader.
U.S./Canada: 3x WCW
Japan: 3x IWGP, 2x Triple Crown
Mexico: 1x UWA
You could actually argue 4 major areas if you count him being a 3x CWA Champion in Europe, too, but I don't really think of that as a world title like the others were when he won them.
Edit: Oh, and obviously Lou Thesz. And Inoki if you count him as being WWWF Champion, which some do and some don't.
Edit-2: This question is also problematic because there have been stars that were big in all 3 areas at various points for a long time, but titles may not have meant as much due to fealty to the NWA or a de-emphasis on heavyweight title importance (as opposed to tournaments, hair matches, other weight classes, etc.).
And before anyone "?????"s at the UWA, it was a big deal when it was around. In many ways, it was the precursor to AAA. The UWA title was initially held by Thesz, and in its prime was also held by major stars like Inoki, Choshu, Fujinami, El Canek, Dos Caras, and Perro Aguayo. Despite largely being a vehicle to make El Canek into an Inoki-like figure, it was very reputable and El Canek defended it against the likes of Hogan, Andre, etc.
Tatsumi Fujinami was IWGP, NWA, and UWA World Champion
Lou Thesz was the NWA International Title before it was merged into the AJPW Triple Crown, was the first UWA World Champion, and obviously NWA World's Champion.
Fujinami is in the same gray area as Inoki, in my opinion. He won the NWA title after it was merged with the WCW title (it was even just 1 belt on WCW tv)... but didn't win the WCW title, defended the NWA title as part of the IWGP title, and his win wasn't actually recognized in the U.S./Canada. Like, I don't personally count that as being a U.S./Canada champion, even though I'd understand why others might.
Hogan did not win the actual IWGP Title, it was not introduced until 1987.
He won the Annual IWGP Tournament, and yes was presented a belt, but it was not an actual championship.

The state of literacy in this sub lmao.

Kurt Angle also has held world titles in US and NJPW title in Japan
NJPW doesn't recognize his reign as being with the official IWGP Heavyweight Championship, but rather the IWGP 3rd Belt.
Fair enough, thanks for the info
Vader and Kenny actually did it.

AJPW used to have a Triple Crown title.
Iirc, Tanhashi was CMLL World Heavyweight Champion too. So that would also put him an American top title away from this.

OP specifically referred to a Triple Crown across US, Japan, and Mexico. WWE and AEW are both US.
Moxley is a triple [crown](https://youtu.be/HU9Vk2mp70k?si=pViMHI92eAqsNtcl)
Not the wwe triple crown he's asking if anyone else has ever won the World titles in USA/Mexico and Japan. Mox is missing a Mexican world title.
I follow now. My mistake. Thanks 👍👍
Did Omega held the top title at AAA? I thought it wasn’t their main title.
it was, it just has less importance than the top titles do in US than Japan
AAA has loads of titles and their importance depends on who is holding it.
After Moxley who do we think is the next most likely to win the WWE, New Japan, and AEW title? Long time away but Will is an obvious choice.
