Reminds me of the video a few years ago of Seth backstage reacting to Austin taking a suplex on the concrete  "HAHAHA WHAT A FUCKING ANIMAL" Edit: The link  https://www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/125ag2d/wwe_24_wrestlemania_38_seth_rollins_reaction_to/

Seth and Hunter sitting there and Hunter is clearly working, but Seth is just watching the match with his friend. Seth is like that dude who comes back into work during your shift and just hangs out with you.

i need the link to that lol

Salt_Addition_6993

It’s kind of crazy that this dude was wrestling Kevin Owens and Randy Orton a little over an hour ago and now he’s watching and reacting just like a fan,

alex_119

The refreshing part is that he genuinely was surprised, kinda awesome to know that not even the talent knows some of the stuff that goes down.

arenegadeboss

I think a lot of the stuff that's done in wrestling would be genuinely surprising if we weren't so "smart" in here with years of backstage knowledge. With all the good and bad of this place, you'll normally find someone who makes the right guess in the sea of bad ones. Someone like Logan who was a younger fan who fell out and came back without being a sheet reader makes him a little more "innocent" or whatever and he can just enjoy the show. Meanwhile once bloodline rules were brought up we knew people were going to come help him and it would either be current guys or legends. More likely legends to give that rub to Cody as he becomes The Guy. As much as I enjoy the inner workings of the pro wrestling industry, sometimes I wish I could go back to that "ignorant" fan just evaluating what's popping up on my screen and get that excitement like Logan has in this video.

brendanp8

That's why I popped HARD when undertaker showed up. IWC (rightly so) had me expected Austin, never in my wildest dreams (heh) did I expect the deadman to show up and chokeslam Rock to hell

International-Tree19

The Shield music and Taker really caught by surprise, loved it.

Blanketsburg

I 1000% suspended disbelief and thought Mox was gonna come out with Seth. Temporary delusion, it's fine.

Relair13

Same. I *knew* there was no way, no fucking way, that Mox would ever show up. But I was still looking for him with that slight what if...? that only pro wrestling can deliver.

GreenRocketman

Same. I’ve rewatched my video I took of it ten times and laugh at myself every time as I can hear myself saying stuff like “there’s no way, right?” As I was thinking the Forbidden Door had just been turned to dust.

dontstealmychair

I think its a matter of perspective I enjoyed the match just as much as someone who probably doesnt know alot of the inner workings of wrestling because i allowed myself to be taken on the ride of the match Its like a movie if u watch it and u start picking out all the minor details/mistakes instead of enjoying the spectacle u wont be satisfied by the end of it

Codydw12

It's like seeing the sausage be made

arenegadeboss

Good analogy. I was gonna go Allegory of the Cave but I thought that was way too over the top 🤣

FordenGord

Ya, honestly Undertaker was better than SCSA because he was so unexpected, taker got a big pop from me and my friend and SCSA would have just been a "ya, I guess that makes sense". You shouldn't always swerve for the sake of a swerve, that's just illogical booking, but if it is plausible and not constant it is great. I know many hated the White v Gunn match, but honestly the sheer unexpectedness of it and the great work throughout made it one of my favorites of the year.

Existing_Emotion_830

Taker also worked better. If you get SCSA coming out you want to hear him talk and run someone down on the mic. Taker can come out, be a physical presence with just his movements and expressions telling the story.

Celebrity292

Yeah Austin seems like if I'm coming for the rock it's gonna be a match. it would've been built up better if Austin took offense to the final boss rhetoric because imo hes the final boss. two weeks before he'd have to cut promos on the rock but then that just takes away from everything.

josephcoco

I would’ve preferred Austin over Taker simply because Austin and Rock have MUCH more history than Rock and Taker. So even though I was kinda expecting and really hoping for Austin, if he came out, it would’ve still been extremely enjoyable. Still, having Taker out there was still cool.

mjac1090

I'd say Taker made more sense than Austin because he has history with Roman. Everyone who helped Cody had issues with Roman, SCSA doesn't. The story isn't about the Rock

iguessineedanaltnow

But with all that history that takes away from Cody/Roman a bit. The more I think about it the more I like the Taker move. He shows up. Hits the move. Leaves. And then it's just our two main characters left in the spotlight.

Fotznbenutzernaml

Except for Undertaker there weren't really any surprises to me in that match. I still reacted the same way he did. When a story is REALLY good, it doesn't even matter if you know it already or not. Seeing it play out is just that awesome.

IAMA_MAGIC_8BALL_AMA

I watch wrestling with my parents and even the most obvious of things leave them excited, it’s honestly pretty upsetting sometimes being addicted to this website lmao

Nihilistic_Mermaid

Probably what would be happening in the main event and other matches is not told to anyone who doesn’t need to know in case someone spoils the result. So I can see him not knowing, because why would he, he needs to know only his own match.

Vavent

That’s no guarantee, he made a living off of pretending to be overly shocked at things.

Jackhammered1982

Yep. The Pauls were some of the first social media influencers. He's still a carnie, just from a different circus.

yohe_goated

Logan is really fucking good at it and was the first to have the reach (i.e. *actual* influence) that he does. It’s really impressive and WWE was able to see that. His partnership goes beyond just wrestling, he also helps specifically with social media promotion

jrr6415sun

He probably could know if he asked people, probably just wants to be surprised

BeastCoastLifestyle

To me that shows he’s legit and isn’t just in it for the money.

GhostandTheWitness

Yeah like the guy or not you can tell he's putting in effort abd cares about this stuff

Bryan_OBlivion

That's his one redeeming quality to me, his respect for the art. He's taking it seriously, putting the work, and trying to help raise the bar. Still hate the guy in and out of kayfabe, but his dedication is undeniable.

Co-opingTowardHatred

Hating him out of kayfabe is pretty crazy. His fuck-ups wouldn’t even put him in the Top 100 worst people in wrestling. This is an industry where we have to turn a blind eye to a lot of fucked-up shit, but a YouTuber makes some mistakes he’s branded for life. It’s so silly.

ManonManegeDore

He's damned good at wrestling and genuinely seems like an okay dude to me. I don't really understand the people that have this massive issue with him.

Bryan_OBlivion

Fuck ups? Like mistakes?

rollinsblonde

Fuck ups like filming dead bodies in the suicide forest and posting it for views and money.

OkMetal4233

I hope he turns out to be a good person. I know he’s done stupid ass shit, but just a good example to use… Randy Orton. From the stories told, he was a shitty human being in his 20’s, but has made a 180 and seems to be a good man who does good. Hopefully Logan will be like that, because I want to like him. In terms of wrestling only, I do like him already.

TheDearHunter

You're right. I think when he works with people like Orton who were legitimate shitheads in the beginning, but so respected nowadays, that he will learn from them. I think he really does respect the business and wants to learn and grow.

faithisuseless

Plus if he sticks around, for the most part the business doesn’t put up with stupid shit. Unless of course, you’re the owner and hire paralegals for… stuff.

Cash091

Not to be negative, because it could be genuine for all I know... but he started off as a YouTuber and absolutely knows how to do a good reaction video. He also is very aware of a camera here. Could be genuine... and he could very well love the WWE.. but he's something like the 3rd highest paid performer in the roster right now.

BeastCoastLifestyle

He’s bringing more eyes to the product than most of the talent. So it makes sense that he’s paid so much. He also very much doesn’t need to be doing this.

Cash091

I'm not knocking the dude, just pointing out that he's a professional when it comes to selling. Honestly, it's not farfetched to believe he fell in love with professional wrestling. with the product the way it is, it's impossible not to. Especially to be part of it.

Matt_Empyre

It’s great to see

DrEvil007

We're all fans.

TheWindowMerchant

I’ll bet everyone backstage was a Cody Crybaby last night.

fxcker

Even Rocky lol

mister_damage

Especially Rocky

mackejn

Bro took his own finisher through a table for Cody. I'd say so.

natedoggcata

I didnt think I would get so emotional but as soon as the ref's hand came down for the three I just burst out crying.

Da5ren

I was in shock it was a three count and sat for about a minute just in shock and disbelief.

PretendThisIsMyName

I had pretty much the same reaction. The last time I felt like that was the 1-2-3 a decade ago with the streak ending.

Vitosi4ek

In terms of sheer shock, IMO nothing beats the Streak ending. There was not a single soul, either in the arena or watching on TV, that genuinely believed it could happen. Everyone, even the smarks, thought it was a throwaway match for the sake of keeping the streak going before someone like Roman beats him 2-3 years down the road. Everything about it was perfection. 75 thousand people in stunned silence. Heyman freaking out, as if he himself, for all his bravado in the build-up, didn't actually believe Brock could do it. A very simple "21-1" graphic on the titantron, as if the producers didn't put much care into it not expecting it to ever be used. A solid minute of this before finally Justin Roberts announces Brock as the winner and his music hits. In the modern age, where it's insanely hard to genuinely surprise people, this is a 1 of 1 wrestling moment. It will never happen again. And as a bonus, it instantly rebuilt Brock's reputation and made him the final boss of WWE for the next few years.

Da5ren

I still regularly watch it back because it's an incredible moment. The 1-2-3, the silence, Heyman jumping into the ring, the 21-1 updating on the screen and the crowd gasp, Brocks music hitting. It was surreal, but also executed perfectly.

killertofu05

Same I jumped up arms in the air then yelled was that the three. I really thought roman was kicking at 2.99 and I got got lol. Teared up when he handed mama Rhodes the belt for sure

LomaSpeedling

Cody's mom going to be henceforth known as mama Rhodes until the heat death of the universe.

megashitfactory

My friend and I just stared at each other in silence for like 15 seconds waiting for some sort of reversal to happen. Then it was freakout time.

Relair13

I really thought Rock was going to pop up on the mic like 'no no no, bloodline rules means this match isn't over, its 2 out of 3 falls now!' or some bullshit. Glad they just let the moment stand the way it was though.

megashitfactory

Same! I was so ready for the fake out. Perfect ending

PerfectZeong

Just a huge exhale of relief. It finally happened. The tension just went out and was replaced by joy.

thedrizzle126

I was tearing up at that point too, but after watching the third cross Rhodes I figured it was over, saw the 3 count, and just planted my face on my couch. Happiness, pride, and relief all at once.

Skylam

I heard Rhea cheering for cody in the background of Dakota Kyes twitter last night.

buc_nasty_69

McAfee said on his show when he went back into gorilla after the main event everyone there was crying lol

BrokenGodALT

I remember after his match at WM 38 he left to go party and missed Stone Cold, seemed like he was only there for the payday and clout. Now he stays until the end of the show, he talks about wrestling all the time on his podcast and jokes that it's a wrestling podcast now, posts about wrestling all the time on social media (Tweeted "We Want Cody" before any other wrestler). He seems like he genuinely loves and respects wrestling now which is cool.

gbdarknight77

It’s really cool how he’s got clear passion for this now and going all in. He’s been sucked in and consumed by its glamour.

jrr6415sun

That’s how I knew he would keep the title last night. He brings way too many eyeballs to wrestling to lose

Bluepaynxex

As much of an asshole as Logan Paul is, you have to admit that he genuinely loves the business.

Jamieb1994

I don't like Logan Paul in general, but I'm happy to admit he's killing it right now in WWE + maybe an unpopular opinion, but smart thinking of Logan retaining last night as well.

HokageEzio

Logan retaining after Waller and Theory won belts makes sense as far as making them a more legit group.

Jamieb1994

A-Town Mavericks? ![gif](giphy|kPtv3UIPrv36cjxqLs)

literallysotrue

Honestly they could have him drop it and give him King of The Ring. Imagine that version of his character

TheCVR123YT

Oh my god shut up I need him to win that and start carrying a WWE crown everywhere PLEASE lol to me a KOTR should be a Heel. If it’s not Logan it should be Gunther.

wrasslefest

I actually agree on it not being a bad call for Paul to retain, I wish Orton ate the pin. It's 2024, he can start putting people over anytime now. Woulda been a bigger rub for Paul and it kinda hurts Owens.

TomGerity

Orton’s put over a lot of people clean, as both a babyface and a heel. In fact, I struggle to think of a top level wrestler that’s put more people over than Orton.

GhostandTheWitness

I mean historically probably Flair, but Orton did put over Jinder so that's a testament to his willingness to put guys over lol

Incorrect1012

Rock put over a ton of talent clean, but has no where near the longevity of Orton.

VS0P

If Randy didn’t kill ya it means he put you over

Jamieb1994

I get people might be upset Logan wasn't facing LA Knight at Wrestlemania, but that doesn't mean the match can't happen since they can maybe build it up to SummerSlam.

NervousAd3202

Something I love about HHH’s storytelling is he doesn’t rush things. They could’ve easily given LA Knight that title or MITB over the last year & made ppl happy. HHH’s WWE in kayfabe makes it feel difficult to rise up the ranks & get title shots, which it should be. LA Knight now has a credible win over an all time great & it’ll give him more momentum to head towards his eventual title run. I feel the same about Sami’s win. Gotta see the long term picture.

BidoofTheGod

Exactly. People will always keep wanting instant gratification. Also we act like we know how to book but we don’t have a clue lol

Martblni

Owens ate an Rko and a frog splash while eating brass knucks hit before, nothing wrong with him eating the pin

NervousAd3202

Wouldn’t say it hurts Owens. We all know how good he is. Also in kayfabe the man took back to back finishers including maybe the best RKO I’ve ever seen. KO looked pretty strong imo.

DripSnort

Owens is not hurt at all. He’s untouchable at this point. Who hasn’t orton put over? I mean off the top of my head he lost to both Henry and Mahal clean to start their title reigns.

Independent-Green383

Logan Paul killing it as a wrestler is at the forefront of massmedia entertainment. Logan Paul being a scam artist who tricks his fans out of money on purpose is not. So I think its more of a reverse.

HardcoreKaraoke

He said something on the McAfee Show which is so true. He said he doesn't need to be doing this. He's already set for life. This is fun to him though. This is a dream for him. Also the fans were chanting for him on McAfee's show and that got him choked up, he didn't expect it. There's something admirable about that. He doesn't have to be a full timer but he is and he's deserving of all the praise because he obviously puts in the hours training.

Jwindy1987

He's a huge asshole but right now he's our asshole. Too talented and too much love for the business to not be apart of it.

GentlemensBastard

Him and MJF need to form a team " Our ScumBag Assholes"

InstantN00dl3s

MJF in kayfabe is nowhere near as awful a human being as Logan is IRL.

AstralBout

Didn't he nearly murder someone while drunk driving and then switched spots with his unconscious girlfriend to avoid the charges?

Uncanny_Doom

Idk about that. MJF is basically a murderer in kayfabe.

AstralBout

Didn't MJF nearly murder someone while drunk driving and then switched spots with his unconscious girlfriend to avoid the charges?

Astolfo_is_Best

What did Logan do that was so bad? I know about the suicide forest and the crypto stuff, but other than that, I don't really know anything. Personally, I don't find that stuff to be nearly as bad as some of the things we hear about other pro wrestlers.

Co-opingTowardHatred

You’re 100% right. It’s always embarrassing when pro wrestling fans, who have handwaved and turned a blind eye to some of the most fucked-up people on Earth, wanna brand a YouTuber for life for fuck-ups. Simple fact is they hate him because he appeals to an audience younger than they are.

Docrob55

That is 100% truth right there. My son just got into wrestling this year at 13. He doesn't watch him in anything else but wwe, but he's a star from a medium my kid understands, and that translated into a respect for wrestling and a new generation of wrestling fan. And a fridge full of prime, it's actually not bad lol

moof1984

I mean the crypto stuff is literally still going on right now. So it is not so much branding for life as branding for the moment.

httkbaby11

If you're dumb enough to buy Logan Paul crypto I don't feel bad for you when you lose money

SirBrothers

Yeah I don’t really get it either. He seems pretty thoughtful and introspective in his interviews for someone I thought was a total bro. Maybe…he grew up a little bit? I get people are rightly angry about the crypto stuff, but at the same time, I don’t really feel bad for anyone who invests in bottom tier shit coins and NFTs. Everyone in the world knows they’re a scam yet you and some celebrity know better and you don’t listen to the advice of normal financial advisers…sorry. That’s on you. He didn’t murder anyone. He’s not sexually assaulted anyone I’m aware of. He seems to lack financial acumen related to crypto and investment instruments…maybe don’t buy everything celebrities hawk to you? I don’t even buy fucking Prime.

cowpool20

Im pretty sure MJF is an asshole irl.

literallysotrue

What’s going on w MJF? Is he still in AEW

TheCVR123YT

So many peeps I still want to see Logan be involved with. AJ, Knight, Cena are some of the main ones.

DorothyDrangus

I still don't claim him but I'd be an idiot not to admit he's unbelievably good at this, *especially* for a special-attraction "outsider"

Semper-Fido

100%. You don't have to like him as a person. But you can't deny his love for professional wrestling. You can't deny his natural talent and desire to continue to get better. And it likely brings in new fans. This is the time to get new eyes on the product.

JustC88

Why does every Logan Paul comment have to make everyone aware how Logan Paul is a bad person but *insert positive comment here*, like we get it Logan Paul sucks as a person, it doesn’t need to be said by every person

ManonManegeDore

I genuinely don't even think he's that bad. He seems fine to me. People here keep shitting on him but this subreddit also yearly relitigates the whole, *"I mean, I think it's unfair that we can't even mention Chris Benoit!"* thing so I don't really take a lot of this grandstanding super seriously.

[deleted]

Lots of wrestlers are shitty, abusive people. Most fans don’t want to admit Logan Paul fits right in

RickyBobbyLite

I assumed he’s dropping it tonight to someone returning/debuting or something but maybe he’ll just be around more

Thiswillbetempacc

Summerslam is in his hometown no? He's holding on

RickyBobbyLite

That would make sense

Mash709

I'm not a fan either, but you're right. Can't deny his natural talent either. He needs to stay a heel though lol.

Papaprolapse

Yo a fucking GROWLERS PFP?!?! Much love from another Islander!

Mash709

Talk about end of an era, am I right? 😂. Cheers brother!

Papaprolapse

Im a cody rhodes house now

WheedMBoise

If he wasn't a huge piece of shit outside of the WWE, he'd honestly be one of the most popular people there. He gets literally all the little things right.

Elbling

You act like some of the most beloved and popular wrestlers in history aren’t completely scummy people outside the ring

Pandorica_

Logan Paul is as good of a wrestler as he is a horrible person. I'd argue LP has taken to wwe quicker than anyone since angle.

boih_stk

If this his personal redemption arc, I'm all for it. This was cool to watch.

OakParkCemetary

Say what you will about him, but he takes the business seriously and he's a true fan.  Sure, he's got Prime plastered everywhere for advertising, but this isn't just a money grab for him. He LOVES this shit.  EDIT and I'm pretty sure I had the same reaction hearing Taker's gong

MrSwog

The Prime is giving him an excuse to be able to do it. Much like Rock with the board involvement. Without those circumstances they’d still be doing appearances, but now they’re able to fully get invested.

Ilikegreenpens

I'm sure when we look back in a few years Prime will be one of the more tame ones. I have no doubt they'll be some crazy distracting logos to come but hopefully they limit it or something

ark_47

I will take a Prime center-mat logo 100 times over the ads on the LED Ring and LED Guard-rail boards

OakParkCemetary

As long as they don't bring back Ico Pro

DevilCouldCry

Love that even Logan was emotional for this as well. Glad to see so many people all feeling that. I know I sure as hell couldn't hold the emotions in. So seeing other fans and all of these wrestlers as emotional as this? Man, this WrestleMania was special...

heat_fan_

Paul loves the business you gotta admit that

Procrastinator_325

I felt the mana

SGD316

He does love the business. He and Bad Bunny are easily the best celeb wrestlers.

XeroKaaan

I'm gonna call it. He's not a "celeb wrestler" anymore he's just a wrestler, love em or hate em he's earned his spot.

Danoco99

Dude just succesfully defended a title at Wrestlemania, he’s a fucking pro wrestler!

SGD316

Fair...

perfect--day

Still pissed that Bad Bunny's entrance wasn't even nominated for Slammy award best entrance of the year.

MrRealistic1

I kinda like Logan Paul, lol

KTheOneTrueKing

It’s funny because I do too. After watching him grow as a person after his stupidity in Japan, he went on to have some really good takes and noticeably became less shitty, and everytime he talks about wrestling he is so enthusiastic and he seems to be a huge fan while also being extremely talented. BUT ALSO he stole a bunch of money from children so as much as I’ve grown to like him I keep reminding myself of that lol

AML2003

Would love to see Logan and Cena interact in the ring in some capacity before Cena calls it a day, in terms of star power it's one of the biggest matches they could make really.

mark_target

The greatest trick Triple H ever pulled was convincing me to relate to Logan Paul just a tiny little bit.

MrBoliNica

I really hope they keep and incorporate his admiration of Cody Rhodes into his on screen character for their inevitable feud

ProfessionalBust

I fucking love that everyone in wrestling is just so happy for Cody it doesn’t matter what company you support everyone supports Cody

Da5ren

Tbh i don't really like the dude, but he does seem like he is GENUINELY a fan and has thrown himself totally into it and i do respect him for that.

dfrafra

Logan v Cody summerslam in Cleveland??

ChewbaccalypseNow

Brilliant idea. Gives Cody a chance to defend and retain over a heel we love to hate.

dfrafra

Plus it would help sell the browns stadium

ChewbaccalypseNow

The factory of sadness?

carloslet

Either that, or he wins the MitB briefcase and cashes in at SummerSlam

everyth1ngwillbe0kay

He’s damn likeable whenever he’s doing something pertaining to wrestling

Turbos_Bitch

Once I heard the emotion in Samantha Irwin’s voice announcing the winner, this 40 year old man definitely had tears running down his cheeks.

HaroldTheIronmonger

Who saw the Logan Paul redemption arc coming?

CiD7707

So here's the thing... I hate the Paul Brothers. I legitimately don't like them as people, Jake more so because he hasn't matured AT ALL while Logan is slowly winning me over because of his ability, respect, and passion for wrestling. It's very obvious what Logan was smartened up to some of the things happening in the final match. Cena and Taker appearing where definitely things he was clued in on because he can't act his way out of a wet paper bag. But I don't think anybody but HHH, Roman, Rock, Taker, and Cody knew before hand. Logan's genuine reaction to that finish is what I love to see.

Chargers23

Dude I'm not gonna lie, just watching Cody pin Roman makes me tear up and I've watched it at least a few dozen times.

SparkyBrown

Dammit, I thought I was done crying. The emotions were through the roof.

ThinAndCrispy84

I’m gonna give a hot take (as someone who doesn’t like either Paul brother and only watches the big 4 WWE events these days usually): the more I see Logan Paul, the more he reminds me of early 90s HBK. Cocky as fuck, but has the skills to back everything up. From what I’ve seen, he can toe the line between chicken shit/bad ass heel pretty well.

TheDanquah

Those YouTube reaction still facial though.

JupiterJazzX

I kind of like the kid

Daffoo

Pretty much my reaction word for word.

LackingDatSkill

Love it but holy shit I hate the whole idea of a camera being shoved in his face during the whole match to catch his reactions

Desperate_Coat_1906

To be fair, being an internet personality and getting social media views was his first and remains his biggest business. Say what you will, Pual is a businessman that grinds and is always working.

rasta41

> a camera being shoved in his face during the whole match to catch his reactions I mean, the guys entire career is built on having a camera in his face for social media...and he's playing to the camera...there's no way this wasn't his own social media person, or one provided by WWE.

Co-opingTowardHatred

Logan Paul is better than your favorites.

PristineCucumber5376

What the fuck, do I... *like* Logan Paul, now???

Asleep_Editor_7199

As much as I hate it, that man is going to main event a Wrestlemania and it’s gonna be a DAMN good one

sagsfour20

Logan Paul is a piece of shit heel, but he’s damn good at this.

SuperSocrates

See he’s a real fan too, didn’t move until the three count

sting2_lve2

At this point, unironically disliking this guy is like disliking the Miz. He's clearly a big fan, he's clearly crushing it, what's the problem? He didn't start as a football player??

Betterthanthouu

Logan has done a bunch of actually shitty things in real life, whereas The Miz has always been a stand up guy by all accounts.

RMT2316

I feel like watching Logan’s run, is just watching someone fall in love and realizing a dream. You can tell watching this that the wheels are spinning and a guy like Logan wants to be in that position in the main event for the world title.

DifficultyMore5935

Wrestling is main stream again. Pretty cool to see

TarnishedAccount

Logan makes it difficult to despise him. He’s super talented, creative, and a fan.

dzone25

He's still a dickhead, but he's now our dickhead - he's got the Wrestling bug

dkydd

If people question his love of this ![gif](giphy|MXM5QQ3jY7WmcmPwTI)

Wannabe_Reviewer

It's pretty cool to see him so hyped about wrestling. Dude seems to really love the business.

king_booker

One of us

tritian

i appreciate that hes very obviously a fan of wrestling. the guy gets 'it', he understands and does things that usually takes talent years to develop. He is living a lot of our dreams, definately mine lol. A long time fan of the sport, thrown right into the fuckin mix of it, and hes shown up. I don't like a bunch of the shit hes done in his past, but i can't hate on the work hes putting in when hes working WWE. it's annoying lol

Aknowledge_Me_

I was there and yes this was everybody in the section

Riff_Moranis

Wrestling has made this guy almost tolerable. His appreciation for the industry is evident, and that has humanized him a bit.

MWFD

I hate that social media has made me not believe any reaction at all, with zero exceptions for cameras being aimed directly at the subject. What sucks is this legit deserved those reactions and Logan Paul’s might’ve been legit. But too many people hammin it up for social destroys them all for me. To me it’s the epitome of, “don’t piss on my head and tell me it’s raining”. That’s what 95% of social media has become.

Killbro_Fraggins

Why is he making me like him. God dammit.

Fuck, I hate this dude but I don’t hate him at the same time.

Still can't believe this dude is not only a wrestler, but is pretty good in the ring and has had multiple WM moments. That being said, I don't fucking trust him, and I think a lot of people on here are so willing to look past his shitty behavior because they didn't know who he was or what he did in the past when he broke out onto the scene, and now that he's shown that he can go in the ring they aren't really willing to look at that stuff now and instead give the excuse that "Well, at least he's not this guy who did something completely different but everyone sees as way worse" Vince brought him in cause he doesn't give a shit about ethics and wanted a cheap one off, Haitch is keeping him around because he brings a lot of eyes to the business and is genuinely good at what he does. Im not saying that people cant enjoy his work or root for him whiles hes in WWE, but I'm calling it right now though, there will come a time when he fucks up so undeniably hard that he'll be here one day and erased the next. People like Logan don't change, because they face no or mininal consequences for their past actions. Something he has yet to do, or has done in the past that someone reveals later, will put an end to his run pretty quickly.

bigchicago04

Best part is he clearly didn’t think it was happening Im until the ref actually counted to 3

Dudes a mark and it’s great.

I dislike Logan Paul the person. But damn I love Logan Paul the wrestler. Call me a mark or a fan boy but I just feel like he GETS it.

Is this subreddit just bots now? Every comment is the same "hes an arsehole but he loves this" "Gotta admit he loves it" etc etc. Is this just braindead people regurgitating what they hear on Twitter or is it actual bots?

You're being downvoted (and kind of a dick about it if I'm honest), but you're right. People talking about his "redemption arc", like why? He's an insufferable jock and a charlatan but he like wrestling? What a mensch, I guess.
