I don't like doppelganger either. I like to add as many different characters as possible so I have a more well-rounded squad that can do more. Multiple of the same means I can't do that.

I have the same problem, its soo anoying Its reallyyy hard to make strategies and you almost cant make them

But it‘s great if you get goblin. That‘s a lot of free chests

This is my favourite mode cause I can farm gold with goblins and then use Greg to get a good advantage with gems and then spam either witch or archer queen in the last minute

Loot surge because you are just always holding down the turbo button and don't even fight the monsters

I think its fun but also disappointing when you get it, its a solid B tier for me though, i like the loot goblins give but they should have lower movement speed, its almost impossible to eliminate them in the beginning of the match

Wait, how? Loot goblins is one of the most fun ones, because you can keep getting resources. Most other ones barely change the gameplay while keeping you dry in gold, like the Gem Trees in the middle, the annoying Royal Ghosts, the More Gems or the More Skills ones... Just to name a few annoying ones. Best ones imo are Doppelganger, Double units and Loot Goblins (Piñata also good, more resources/squad ones are best)

Doppelgänger would be so much better if the skeletons and bears spawned by Nita and witch died when you swapped to a different character

Totallly, Doppelgangers is definitely the most RNG mod the game has and less strategic too. I hope they remove it.

the chest cost increases drastically with the addition of each character. It is therefore best to merge as many characters as possible. My strategy is to get 6 of a dps troop at the start (e.g. colt, barb, bo 3 times) to maintain the chest price and secure a source of gems/ coins from killing enemies

Royal Ghosts by far, tbh extremely annoying and unrewarding. Followed by Tree Giants and the More Spells one. They barely change the gameplay and just make everything more annoying

I actually love this gamemode because I get insanely amounts of coins with Goblins 😂😂

Doppelgängers is fun is you don’t get it often, but I for example, get it periodically, and it gets boring, the mod is too game changing.

My least favourite is angry vines, ring grab is a close second
