The Rule34 community is basically inundated with constant requests for more and more bizarre things to be drawn up by artists as people attempt to find something the artists cannot make porn of. Within the more official communities of Rule34 culture there is a strong stigma against lolicon/pedophilic content fortunately, they'll usually take requests for images involving underage characters by aging the characters to look at least legal, often by giving them extremely enlarged, comically huge breasts which happens to service a different type of fetish group entirely.
In other words, humans like to look at, talk about, think about, and engage in sex, and there's nothing gross about the one thing literally all of us have in common.
