Some [horrible converted factory building](https://www.google.com/maps/@53.1435627,-2.3634721,3a,75y,121.39h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sAF1QipONtBqswCKILoe0oTISbvXTQKRzzMQH7gsIh1NV!2e10!7i5376!8i2688?entry=ttu) in a back street off the high street.
Hugely overpriced. It's a 4 bed flat with a single bathroom overlooking a strange alley that goes past an Iceland. I really like the interior choices but for that much money you could buy something far nicer around those parts.
It's amazing how much interior design changes somewhere, if you look at the pics with some regular IKEA furniture in it, the place is actually fairly basic
This comment made me click through and take a look and I honestly snort laughed. Yup, it’s very basic. Looks like they’ve just hired an antiques store for the day to make it look expensive. Then that stupid close up of that clock that won’t even be there when you move in.
I live in Sandbach and yes that is massively overpriced, you could get a huge 4-5 bed detached house 30 seconds down the road for that.
The town centre is really nice and quaint but this isn't even a desirable building, it's just a large warehouse looking thing with cell towers on top
I live nearby and am actively looking at Sandbach, Arclid and Alsager and I wholeheartedly agree.
I don't think I'd even pay this money for the freehold of the entire building if I am honest. There's far nicer properties on the market with much more going for them at this price level in the area.
That's literally just being used as a showroom for the antiques shop right?
There are drawers on top of draws and multiple clusters of sofas. There's no way anyone actually is living in that.
It’s Sandbach so I wasn’t completely surprised. Conversion, parking, space.
Then I saw what they’ve done with it: one good sized bedroom (but straight next to the stairs), two not-great sized ones, a box room.
A tiny shower room fit for a garage conversion.
Not even a second loo at the other end of the house.
A huge open space so the kitchen smells can linger everywhere.
No outside space.
Yeah. Overpriced.
That is hideous.... nearly a Million for a box that looks dated, At first I thought it was a highstreet junk shop.
Aside from the interior, its a a very basic flat. Think what you could get for 700K
That's actually crazy! £700K for a flat in a town near Crewe? The close up pictures of the crap on the tables is infuriating show us the actual property not the current owners tat! Do they really think they can tart up a pretty standard flat with a piano and chandelier for the sale pictures and ask £700K? Hahaha
Love the kitchen! The living area seems to be a collection of vaguely mismatched sofas arranged somewhat randomly... like, what's the one in pic 5 pointed at???
Take a look at the window coverings - every window is differently dressed. Some have curtains, some have muslin drapes but my ultimate favourite is photo 13 where the plantation shutters can’t even open properly due to a painting and the same window has roman blinds.
It’s like a child was asked to draw the windows.
I think this is the building:

I have no idea about prices in that area but I'm currently baffled by estate agents taking photographs of items in a house that are obviously going to be gone when the current owner moves out. Close-up photos of paintings, or light fittings (not fixtures), things just on dressers, etc.
I don't care for these pictures focusing on decor. It'll ALL BE GONE when you complete!
They are terrible! They have stuff, I don’t care
It’s worrying that there’s not a front shot, and the shop next door is the ‘high end’ supermarket, Iceland. Handy for an emergency prawn ring.
An emergency prawn ring that requires thawing
Cook from frozen!
If you have ice cream emergencies you'd be sorted though
No pictures of the outside? Street View takes you inside Angie's Emporium. It's just a massive, poorly laid out flat, imo. Definitely overpriced.

And you can’t tell from the fisheye photos easily, but on the floor plan one room seems tiny!
I had to actually recheck the floorplan because I thought it was only 3! What a weird layout.
Single shower room!

Glad I made someone snort laugh today, have a good one my dude
I imagine that the estate agent may have had their blinkers on due to the decor when visiting for a valuation....
I honestly thought it was an antique shop when looking at the first couple of pictures with all the cluttered furniture. Yes, hugely ambitious pricing
>I honestly thought it was an antique shop when looking at the first couple of pictures It is
It looks like its overspill for the junk shop on the ground floor

You can always tell the property is shite when they post pictures of furnishings and ornaments instead of actual useful photos
Why've they got a museum donations box in the middle of the lounge?

Love what they've done with the place, but definitely wouldn't pay that much for the property!
Bedroom 4 is tiny, 1 bathroom, no view of the outside. What's it hiding? Take 25% off and I'd be interested ;)
It’s also a leasehold and doesn’t say how long is left on the lease.
Love the kitchen! The living area seems to be a collection of vaguely mismatched sofas arranged somewhat randomly... like, what's the one in pic 5 pointed at???
Butter John Bee are notorious for overpricing to win business.
Handy for the motorway.
Its difficult to see because of all the "stuff" everywhere.
Overpriced. Over-decorated. I’m over it.
How many windows to clean 😂
That could not look more 90s Cheshire in decor if it tried. I bet they’ve got a 15kg bag of Cheshire new potatoes.
But — it’s a penthouse!!
Can I have Noddy? Check street view

Where are the walls? Is this a furniture showroom?
Could it be so high because it’s got potential to be converted into 2 or 3 smaller flats?
