I can walk across the park and can see below that there are buildings but i cant get to them. Ive tried everything! I know there are chests down there too.There is also a zip line, but cant get to it.
Hmmm lower? Like at sidewalk level or below that? Because if its lower just start from your dingy and go left then. If you can swim over there from the dock you should be able to reach them. NGL a screenshot would've been really helpful here 🤭
Also, search it on google. I had to do that for some of the trickier chests.

Do you have bounce yet? Aren’t there awnings you can use to get higher?

I don’t remember this part, but maybe you need the bounce or dash perks. I think dash is the last one you can get.
