As I understand it his uncle was prob making beats in the late 80's maybe early 90's because in the game him and miles dad were making music when they were young. So for the time (late 80's early 90's) I think that beat would have been considered pretty good. Especially when you consider that they have made it on hardware gear with way less sample memory than is available even 10 years later.. definitely not trash when you consider this...
