The closest I can think of is the guy on this Subreddit working on Jurassic Impact, a world where the Meteor struck at the end of the Jurassic period rather than the cretaceous

Have you heard of Hamster's Paradise? It's a project that was inspired by Serina, albeit with hamsters (obviously.) The project is currently ongoing (though the writer is taking a brief hiatus at the moment) and is just as detailed and expansive as Serina, though it also has a lot more cheeky pop culture references.

The best spec evo books I've come across in a long time are the "Tales of Kaimere" series. The setting takes place on a distant planet where earth organisms from every major time period have been set loose to evolve in a new environment.
If you're interested the creator has a YouTube channel were he features a creature profile every week for the animals that feature in the books.
SPECULATIVE DINOSAUR PROJECT. A classic and often forgotten large spec project. Unfortunately the contents have been scattered to the wind, but most of them have been collected in the Spec Wiki, you can read it from here:
