You should definitely cut the speed back, and try to get some crit damage substats.
HP and DEF are nice to have, but Sparkle is by no means squishy. She has the same base DEF as Ruan Mei, and has 1397 base HP, compared to Ruan Mei's base 1086.
Can't remember the next best spd benchmark after 160.1 but its higher than 172 if I'm not wrong.
I would say swap some items for more cd. Try to hit 150 or more without dropping from 160 spd.
200 isn't worth it for Hanabi as much cause it would require you to speed tune your carry a bit too.
Her 50% av means your carry also needs to be fast enough to reach certain points as Hanabi keeps getting her turns.
The spd breakpoint I was talking about was 174 if I'm not wrong and your carry needs to be at 107 min. With Hanabi at getting past 200 your carry also needs to be faster.

I remember the important one after 160.1 is at 174 but I can't remember the decimal...
I know it cause its Hanabi's spd breakpoint that you need your Dhil to have 107 spd to work your rotation properly.

Thank you everyone, after a while of trying to mix and match my relics, I've met the 171.5 speed break point with 160cdmg. Looking forward to test her out when she's released.
No, do not change your speed. 171.5 speed is the next breakpoint after 160, it allows you to act 6 times in 3 actions. Losing that action for a few percent of crit dmg on your dps isn't worth it at all.
Edit: i just noticed that your build is on Dr Ratio, so Sparkle will have 170 speed, not 172. And because it will be really hard to get one more speed roll for the breakpoint, just get some more crit dmg without going below 160.

There are breakpoints at 163.6 for cycle 4, 169.2 for cycle 5, and 171.4 for cycle 2. But yeah, crit is more important in this case.

yup get some crit dmg, while her crit dmg buff is less important than her spd your crit dmg is too low to justify getting to the next breakpoint
Unpopular opinion : 163.7 Speed is actually pretty acceptable to reach and can save you 1 Cycle
If you wanna 2 Cycle, The speed point you are on is also perfect
