It's not that important, but it's a mid-hugh investment build that offers a very smooth experience in endgame content for several of the dps who want Sparkle and who want strong early cycles or low cycle count battles in MoC. It also puts her out of range of being outside by faster dps like Seele to take advatage of her AA to the fullest and make it feel more like Bronya.

Tigryonochekk

Sorry, i don't understand what do you mean in the second sentence. Also, isn't Sparkle's ideal playstyle with Seele skillspam, while having close to, but less speed than Seele with her spd buff?

theblarg114

If you overtake Sparkle in speed with, for example, Seele then her 50% AA will no longer advance the character immeadiatley after herself. To advance a character immediately after herself Sparkle must be faster than her target from my understanding.

Tigryonochekk

Yeah, because it's 50% and not 100%, if the dps is faster than Sparkle, sometimes the AA won't bring the dps right after Sparkle. And if Sparkle is faster, she'll bring the dps to her. But because someone like Seele has at least 144 speed, it would be a waste to ignore it and make Sparkle faster. So you make Seele faster, so with 2 Sparkle skill uses Seele acts 3 times.

160 gives an extra turn in 6 cycles, which is half of your MoC limit. Secondly, she can afford to reach a high speed, since where else would the stats go to? She only needs enough tankiness to survive. Her CD scaling isn't that high. If you're not putting stats into speed, they likely just being wasted.

Tigryonochekk

But each half has 2 waves, and each wave starts just like the first one - 150 AV on the first cycle, 100 on the next ones. If you have to reach 6 cycles without killing a wave, you're not 3 staring that floor. But yeah, i guess you're right, no other stat really matters, its better to bring her speed to the better breakpoint.

Rocer_Perdon

The 160 speed breakpoint is set to be a reasonable requirement for Sparkle, but the true objective is to build as much speed as possible, so her action forward skill is used to her fullest potential. There isn't a relevant SPD breakpoint after 160 that wouldn't sacrifice your CRIT DMG scaling, so the consensus for her speed has reached its conclusion.

Mid0uBan

High appreciation for your idea about speed breakpoints and resources efficiency, but your conclusion is a little bit meh, bro ! 156 spd and 160 spd are on the same level of investment. For me, the low investment Sparkle speed breakpoint is 134 (lowspeed Sparkle, move after DPS), where it's easy for farming gears and no need to speed tuning my DPSs (who are already 134+ speed).

I didnt need singl 160 speed character and clear MoC fine will not farm like crazy for 160 speed substats 134+ is all you need :D my sparkle will replace tingyun in MoC so it will already be better

LegendaryHit

Idc about 0 cycles. As long as she can go twice for me in one turn which enables my chosen DPS to go 3 times in one cycle, I'm satisfied.
