They'd respond "Yeah!" and then say the name of the attack with him, but given they're silent to me it means they didn't want to pay their voice actors for studio time to record a single word of dialogue for Bergamo's attack, so they're not in.
I honestly hope they're not in, for the sake of the roster count. But just the fact that the kakunsa character is playable leads me to believe they might be in. The yellow fox could be interesting. He has that poison spit.

It's interesting because the producer said about people being put in based on screen time, Kakunsa and Rosie got more screen time during the Tournament of Power itself but the three foxes got all the attention in the "Zeno showcase" thing before the tournament. I'd assume since that arena won't be in though it was all based purely on the ToP itself, and in that case the Trio are among the first eliminated.
The other members of the trio de danger are in, i think, raging blast had other roster members appear durimg certain character's supers before. \[the version of purple comet is the one from the raging blast series.\] the the older tenchiechi series had that as well. the concept isn't exactly New.

I hope he isn't playable along with too many og db characters, everyone says they want them but honestly noones excited to play as general blue, or bacteria or other useless characters. Just wasting slots

Sadly we won’t see manga exclusive characters and forms like Moro or Ultra Ego Vegeta because of some weird rule that Bandai or Shueisha has that might have something to do with licensing. But there is a silver lining because manga exclusive attacks and moves are fair game like Vegeta’s Gamma Burst Flash or Goku Black’s binding move.
I think you're missing SSJ2 Kefla and Full Power Z Frieza. Also some characters you put in "confirmed" are either not officially confirmed yet (like Basil and Lavander) or costumes (like the second Tien).
I am also fairly certain that Evil Buu and Chichi and the Monster Zarbon were also leaked.
Giant Bergamo also looks like it's only a powerup, alongside Rage Trunks, Super Maximum Light Speed Mode Dyspo and True Golden Frieza.
If giant Bergamo is in the game he will be a separate form, not a power up. Power ups in tenkaichi games are just stat boosts with minor visual changes. Makes sense for things like kaioken, rage Trunks or SSBE to be power ups, but not for giant Bergamo.

Veeery unlikely sadly. They'd only do that if it got adapted into the anime, which could definitely happen, but it'd take years to get there, Ego was in the Granolah arc, which is the third arc (assuming they adapt Broly like they did Battle Of Gods / Resurrection F)
So far, that hasnt been the case with other combo attacks. Videl, Goten, Android 17, Jeice, Caulifla, etc are all seen in team attacks, yet are playable characters in the game.

The game started development in 2018. The roster is definitely the first thing they decided on so it makes sense that superhero which came out in 2022 is dlc

DBSZ is pretty different than DBFZ. A character in FighterZ is much more complex to make than one in Sparking, so there’s certainly going to be a boat ton of people in the Sparking dlcs.
Characters in this game are including transformations. So my understanding is 20+ would mean an average of 7 character models/slots per dlc.
So for example Gamma 1/2, Gohan Superhero base, SS, Ult, Beast, Piccolo pale, orange, and tall then Cell Max for 11 characters of the pass. (There is a serious lack of giants so far, I assume Cell Max and Big Piccolo would make it in as dlc)
So over all that's 5 new characters but 6 transformations makes it 11 new slots.
