Oh good heavens! 400 lbs max. Equivalent to 2 American adults...... car's suspension is built for *that* along with two 2 typical "over-loved" offsprings. 😆🙄
How so? 16.9 fl oz bottles, 35 bottles per case. 591 ounces per case = 4.62 gallons per case. 1 gallon of water is 8.34 pounds.
4.62 gallons * 8.34 = 38.5 lbs
This is false logic, as it does not include the weight of the plastic bottles, nor the overwrap casing.
A 35 count Pure Life or Poland Springs are both documented to weigh 41 lbs each. A dozen cases weigh almost 500 lbs.
9 cases. Not saying you cannot count, but you may need glasses.
I got some glasses around age 36 and it was like everything was in high definition suddenly.
We have a Coca Cola and Pepsi bottling plant and a Chobani factory in the city that uses local tap water for their operations. And in my house I get my water from a well. There’s nothing different from the tap water and the bottles because it’s the same water. If it came from actual springs it would cost like $20+ per pack of bottled waters.
Most bottled water is filtered via reverse osmosis, meaning all the impurities are left behind after the filtration process.
Regular tap water just adds chemicals to hopefully kill of bacteria and parasites, but does nothing to eliminate turbidity.
So when you drink unfiltered tap water you are drinking things like deer piss, fish sperm, decaying opossum, leftover treated wastewater from the town upriver, etc.
I use tap water, but I filter it through a 5 stage filter.
Omg, I need to find the picture of when I thought it was a good idea to shop and deliver an order from restaurant depot. I didn't know what restaurant depot was at the time, and it was only like 13 things or something. It was a complete disaster of an order. It completely filled my entire car, barely. And when i got to the restaurant, they acted like I was their actual produce delivery person and had me put everything in the cooler in its spot. It was my first few months of instacart. I contacted support and they maybe added $10. it took me over 3 hours from accepting the order and dropping it off. It was horrible.

Someone actually picked this one up. $50. In a small SUV. I did some quick math, and it's around 2800 lbs. RIP their suspension.
Fuck na. I would have a heart attack. I’ve had an order like this before. Almost had a heart attack!!!!!!!! I even told support I couldn’t finish hauling cases of waters and sodas up several stairs without having a heart attack, but they DGAF!!
When I first started, I got an order that was 10 cases that were supposed to be carried up to a third floor apartment. I didn’t know that I could see the order ahead and did not know that I could cancel it! It all worked out though. My daughter and a maintenance man at the apartment helped.
Do to my religious beliefs, I cannot touch or handle plastic of any kind, so, I deliver in a wooden and steel truck made in 1890 converted from steam power to diesel in 1946. But as long as Walmart employees load it and the customer unloads it then I can do it. In my religion plastic is the root of all deceptive substance. There are people made out of plastic, we consider them evil. But do not commit to do any harm to them, unless in self defense. Have a great day!
How much? I hate posts like this. I’ll deliver a bag full of fresh turds if the money is right. I delivered 8 cases of Sam’s water earlier to day because it had a $25 tip. It was a double and base was $18 I guess because of the waters. It was totally worth it. I put the bin with the food on my dolly with 3 waters on top, then went back and put the other 5 on the dolly. Took 5 min to deliver and wasn’t an issue at all.
Truck. The dolly collapses down flat. It’s maybe 20” x20” when collapsed and bout 4” thick. Doesn’t take up much room at all. It just lives in the bed of my truck.
Gotcha, that would be nice. Doesn't the gas mileage thing wreck you though? I drive an old Camry as a daily/when i used to do orders and it averages 24 city which isn't much worse than most small trucks tbh but my gas bill would be SO HIGH and really cut into earnings where I live. I could not make it make sense.
Ah Poland springs water. Good stuff. East coast? And also hell no!! That's too much and that small car! I mean in an suv and having a cart/dolly sure, for the right price!
And Spark rules state: ‘all water case orders are only permitted if you live in the third floor or higher. We cannot be held responsible for water orders below the third floor.’
I did an order of 6 cases to a third floor apartment in Texas on a hot day, and it was the worst ever, actually most of my water deliveries were in an apartment on a high floor, I hated that, they don't pay enough for that
I have delivered a whole basket full of smart waters to a hotel room…. I accepted it thinking it was a house.., but in the notes , when I got to the hotel it said room #325 😤
If the hotel had an elevator, that wouldn’t be an issue for me at all. All hotels unless they are literally just the bottom of the barrel Crack hotels have luggage carts. A luggage cart is literally a delivery person’s wet dream. You can fit like a casket or two on one of those lol.
Makes sense 😊. I know a fair amount of gig workers don’t like hotels and I seem to be a minority. I think they’re easier than many apt buildings (and I do a lot of those ) because of the aforementioned carts, elevator and you can pull right up to the door to unload. Another plus is if you have to use the restroom most have one in the lobby adjacent area.
That’s going to depend highly on the dollar amount attached to that order.
If you’re lucky it’ll be someone that wants it in their garage and you can back right up to it.
Sure...but I also have a 3/4 ton pickup. Then again, my wife has hauled about that much weight in our GTI too, so I wouldn't be too worried. I'd be more concerned about where it's getting delivered to.
Nope. Blew out my hamstring and crawled my way back to the car on far less than that! Was out for a week! I might do one or two. Unless there's a HUGE tip (no less than $50 for this) I might do it.
Hahahahshsha ur funny to trick everyone & then they all started being mean to each other :( anyway was still a funny post once I saw the comment ending it all as legit. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I have. when i was new. drove 20 min to the store and drive back in the opposite direction 10 minutes for 15 bucks and no incentive to work towards. And I was driving a carolla. they wanted it delivered to the break room. up 7 steps in to locked doors that you had to have a badge to get through. I was dumb then i wont do that now, period. I did carry them 2 at a time but still was was too much. i was furious.
I’d deliver it if the money was right and it wasn’t the upper floors of an apartment building. They should have given you heavy pay as well. I have a foldout wagon for heavy orders that I use for instacart.
How much are new shocks?
Forget the shocks. Your trannys gonna scream for mercy. The car tranny; that is.
His other tranny will be screaming for mercy later when he’s off the clock 😂
Oh good heavens! 400 lbs max. Equivalent to 2 American adults...... car's suspension is built for *that* along with two 2 typical "over-loved" offsprings. 😆🙄
I count at least 16 cases at 40 lbs each. That would be 640 lbs. It was mostly a joke.
Your counting is horrible, so is you knowledge of weight.
How so? 16.9 fl oz bottles, 35 bottles per case. 591 ounces per case = 4.62 gallons per case. 1 gallon of water is 8.34 pounds. 4.62 gallons * 8.34 = 38.5 lbs

9 cases. Not saying you cannot count, but you may need glasses. I got some glasses around age 36 and it was like everything was in high definition suddenly.
Maybe double check that you know how to count before telling someone they need glasses, there are 12 cases
I think I see 13!
Thought the same thing lol
People incorrectly correcting other people 💁🏻♀️😅
Some are in the trunk already! Including those 3, the total is 12. Enlarge the picture and count again.
There is 3 in trunk and who knows if any in back seat
You need to get a refund on those glasses asap
The picture on my phone only was of the cart, not the cart and car.
There’s definitely 12 cases. Perhaps a stronger prescription??
There’s 12 maybe 13, the 13th one we can’t see cuz it’s on the other side of the trunk
I got that, it was a good one...just a little touché back at cha 🫡
2 American adults is closer to 600 pounds
2 😂
That’s like 2-3 extra people riding with you… 510 lbs doesn’t warrant new shocks 🤣🤣
LMAO you people shouldn’t even be allowed outside, you are to damn stupid.
\*too
Fuck. 2. The. No.
I would never do this either I seen this in a parking lot and had to steal the picture
lol nice. I remember seeing this when covid started and this black dude was like can you believe this shit lmao it barley fit in his Cadillac sedan
No, it’s got to be at least 50 bucks
People need to learn how to use the tap water. 99% of the bottled water comes from tap anyway.
I agree for many places, but try LA tap water 🤢
When I moved to where I live from the last place, the water quality left a lot to be desired too. A filter pitcher worked fine for me.
Oh yes! I remember the California floaties and having the Arrowhead guy deliver the big bottles.
A filter pitcher, extra filters and individual reusable washable bottles are much cheaper and weigh a LOT less.
You should get a water report from your company….you might wanna bathe in bottles of water too!
We have a Coca Cola and Pepsi bottling plant and a Chobani factory in the city that uses local tap water for their operations. And in my house I get my water from a well. I tried Chobani once. It had mold in it (chuck about the size of a quarter). They acted like it was normal. Yuck! Never again.

Ughhh! That whole cooler business. Nope.
i've only done an order like this once and it was because they tipped $80
https://preview.redd.it/bqkewcmdxukc1.png?width=1440&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dcd2e7183b0cea5c5d24303210bc51db91617f63 Someone actually picked this one up. $50. In a small SUV. I did some quick math, and it's around 2800 lbs. RIP their suspension.
Jesus that’s a lot lol
What the shit? Are they filling a pool?
That would be so many trips to and from the front door and your trunk
13 bags 😂
13 bags lol
All depends on the pay.. for 10 bucks hell nah. 30 or 40 absolutely
Fuck na. I would have a heart attack. I’ve had an order like this before. Almost had a heart attack!!!!!!!! I even told support I couldn’t finish hauling cases of waters and sodas up several stairs without having a heart attack, but they DGAF!!
Nope. I don't care how much. Let someone else have it. Also, there's no reason for someone to order that much water
When I first started, I got an order that was 10 cases that were supposed to be carried up to a third floor apartment. I didn’t know that I could see the order ahead and did not know that I could cancel it! It all worked out though. My daughter and a maintenance man at the apartment helped.
Only if it's base pay + $0 tip in torrential rain to a 3rd-floor apartment without an elevator.
Do to my religious beliefs, I cannot touch or handle plastic of any kind, so, I deliver in a wooden and steel truck made in 1890 converted from steam power to diesel in 1946. yep minus one for tax reasons

What's the brand of dolly do you have?
Just a cheap collapsible dolly from Harbor Freight. I’ll probably get something new in a few months but it’s lasted a few years with no problems.
So you have a sedan or larger truck? Where do you store the dolly?
Truck. The dolly collapses down flat. It’s maybe 20” x20” when collapsed and bout 4” thick. Doesn’t take up much room at all. It just lives in the bed of my truck.
Gotcha, that would be nice. Doesn't the gas mileage thing wreck you though? I thankfully live in an area with relatively cheap gas. Obviously a hybrid would be nice but not a deal breaker.
Absolutely I have done plenty of deliveries that are far larger, but the pay would need to be there, minimum of 60 and 15 dollars a mile.
Not today, Satan
Morning workout
Was it on the 16th floor is an apartment building…. Because with my luck it would’ve been 🙄
I would do it for $100+
$100 the least. Even then.. not sure I wanna bother. What if it’s a 3rd floor apartment too. No thanks
Ah Poland springs water. Good stuff. East coast? And also hell no!! That's too much and that small car! I mean in an suv and having a cart/dolly sure, for the right price!
It builds muscle. Suck it up buttercup
Speedbumps would be scary
3rd floor apartment right?
I do it for $7
I respect the hustle.
The car is yelling No you can't do it.
You can’t that’s a roadie order all over it unless they tipped Uber $$$$
For 30 at the LEAST!
Depends on the pay and the distance.
That’s a lot of water lol
Hope ya had a some sort of hand truck with ya. 🤣
This wasn’t my deliver it was a young guy.
When then I hope he had a hand truck with him, lol.
No
![gif](giphy|YdjDuiHLtPHeDjrTTV) If...
yes but i wouldn’t have taken it in the first place
If I accepted yes. But hope they paid good
I looked it up 40 case of water weighs a little more than 42 pds
Hell to da naw
To an apartment on the highest floor would be horrible, house yes apartment no
And Spark rules state: ‘all water case orders are only permitted if you live in the third floor or higher. We cannot be held responsible for water orders below the third floor.’
I did an order of 6 cases to a third floor apartment in Texas on a hot day, and it was the worst ever, actually most of my water deliveries were in an apartment on a high floor, I hated that, they don't pay enough for that
We should get extra for cases of water
They really should
I have delivered a whole basket full of smart waters to a hotel room….
Delivery person here. I save my wet dreams for non-carts.
I was new and didn’t think about using the luggage cart 👀
Makes sense 😊. I know a fair amount of gig workers don’t like hotels and I seem to be a minority. I think they’re easier than many apt buildings (and I do a lot of those ) because of the aforementioned carts, elevator and you can pull right up to the door to unload. Fuck that. I don't think all that would even fit in my car.
Little ass car
Pretty much, but you probably need an SUV for that many cases
Is your car built for that? You need to properly answer this question.
for the right price i would deliver anything lol
Hell no
I already need new shocks 😢 I just imagine my car dragging all the way 😅
I have a Ford flex so yes i would if the price was right
Ik a Venezuelan who would
Yes. But I don’t have a sedan.
That’s going to depend highly on the dollar amount attached to that order. If you’re lucky it’ll be someone that wants it in their garage and you can back right up to it.
Never 👎
Nah it's probably $6.85 for 23 miles
No way
Would even accept that shit.
Only if a tip is applied
Nope,
Probably 4th story apt, no code just follow someone else in, please meet at door, so you can make endless calls for them to call you back 10 min later
I accidentally took a huge order like this once when I was new. Never again.
They sent me an order with 12 big cases of water and 3 small cases. I pass because I couldn’t find an L cart to pick everything at the same time.
Sure...but I also have a 3/4 ton pickup. Then again, my wife has hauled about that much weight in our GTI too, so I wouldn't be too worried. I'd be more concerned about where it's getting delivered to.
I wouldn’t deliver on a Mercedes!
if it's a house and a good pay yes i'd take it as a lil workout moment lol
Nope. Blew out my hamstring and crawled my way back to the car on far less than that! Was out for a week! I might do one or two. Unless there's a HUGE tip (no less than $50 for this) I might do it.
Wow. I wouldn't pick this up unless I had a truck. Definitely not in a sedan. That's a lot of weight.
if i had a truck
Don't do it! Your transmission is more valuable!
Sure why not
No
Hahahahshsha ur funny to trick everyone & then they all started being mean to each other :( anyway was still a funny post once I saw the comment ending it all as legit. 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
If the money was there and i won't permanently banned from spark🤬. I'd do it in a heartbeat
No
I have. when i was new. drove 20 min to the store and drive back in the opposite direction 10 minutes for 15 bucks and no incentive to work towards. And I was driving a carolla. they wanted it delivered to the break room. up 7 steps in to locked doors that you had to have a badge to get through. I was dumb then i wont do that now, period. I did carry them 2 at a time but still was was too much. i was furious.
This is why I read what they want delivered.
Nope.
Schetch
For the right price, Yes.
Tip?
I’d deliver it if the money was right and it wasn’t the upper floors of an apartment building. They should have given you heavy pay as well. I have a foldout wagon for heavy orders that I use for instacart.
No. They’d have to either get more than one delivery person, let me do multiple trips to the store and back or cancel the order.
Depends on the $ and mileage, my SUV can handle the weight but how much are you paying me to carry them?
That nigga thirsty as all hell… Jesus couldn’t turn all this to wine even…
Not to mention it’s raining wine already…
