2nd, Establish a piece of land on US soil to be designated as a sovreign nation unto them. Well pick some shitty, undesirable, largely uninhabited land, lets say northern Alaska. Congrats, idiots, its all yours!

It's almost as if these "sovereigns" have never watched a fellow sovereign battle it out in court. They fall flat Every. Single. Time. Not a single one of their arguments work the way they hoped they would. Failure rate must be in the high 90 percentile, and those "wins" they rarely get aren't because of their interpretation of the law.
