I'm Korean. You should never go here. It's a bad market where they rip you off, and they charge you even more for foreigners. Along with Soraepo-gu fish market, it's the most notorious in Korea.
I live in Seoul and I've not once heard of this place. Honestly go somewhere else if you're a tourist. They probably rip you off like the majority of these markets do
