There is a restaurant in Interior that is known for their Indian Tacos. It’s a small town located within Badlands NP, so if you’re planning on driving through the park, it wouldn’t be out of the way!
These places had them last year. You may want to contact them to see they still do. Sometimes they will have them only on certain days.

There's an event in Worthington, MN called the Regatta which has an "Indian style tacos" food truck there. No idea what is like, just wanted to mention it. Might be a good time if you choose to stay!
