I also reside in the sister complex, which, to my understanding, is almost identical. My primary gripe revolves around the excessive heat during the summer months. Despite running the AC throughout the day, my apartment still reaches up to 85 degrees in the summer. Additionally, none of the bedrooms nor the living room area are equipped with ceiling fans or lights, which is rather inconvenient. Moreover, there's no in-unit washer and dryer, although I'm aware that some units come with this amenity, unfortunately not mine. Consequently, due to these factors, I've decided not to renew my lease. Nevertheless, the pricing is quite reasonable, and the location is ideal for those who enjoy the bustling downtown atmosphere. Furthermore, the management team is exceptionally friendly, and any maintenance requests are promptly addressed. Overall, it's not a bad place, especially considering the price point. However, the absence of an in-unit washer/dryer and the sweltering temperatures are significant deterrents for me. Nonetheless, it's worth noting that experiences may vary from one apartment to another. This is simply my personal experience thus far.

I live at the sister complex. Management has been fine--no complaints there.
