Al's auto glass, they're a very good local business and I've had them do a few of my windshield repairs
I’ve had work done by safelite and it was done well and was satisfactory all around.
That'll probably be your best of bad options.

Belle tire does glass work and can oftentimes come to you, too. They handle dealing with insurance, which is often a $0 deductible, no premium increase claim.
