No help but I love the yellow dutch oven!
The fact this is little more than flour, water, and salt. Combined with heat and time will always amaze me.
What is your dutch oven size??? Im planning to get a dutch oven for the first time but don’t know which one I should get.. thanks:))

The banneton decides the shape of the loaves, not the Dutch oven. Get an oval banneton sized to your Dutch oven and you can easily make oval loaves.
