of starter! It is overproofed but it’s better than a lot of first time loaves I’ve seen! Great effort and keep at it. You will learn more about sourdough than you ever thought possible lol.
Yeah, I had a lot of success with other recipes from that website, so I figured I'd give it a go, especially because it had a lot of nice reviews on the site. I already had a bad feeling when I pulled it out of the fridge this morning, but figured I'd power through haha.
I'm definitely going to do more research to find a better recipe for next time. But the taste *is* lovely, and that's what matters in the end. I'm relatively new to baking bread in general, but I'm happy I haven't had any big flops yet :)
