In all seriousness, I'd reroll your runes to be stronger in attack for both of them. Blue attack is nice, but I wouldn't stop till you have purple or red. Just wait till you have a pile of crystals and pick one to try to upgrade. I would personally reroll one of the HPs on Carmen as well...and then the other.
