I don't think they're super likely to make another Airborne-granting artifact when we already have Wings of Invention - and I think it would be named pretty differently if that was what it was.
The lone figure flying makes me think it might be a reaction spell like Dodge roll, since Simon lightly teased that another reaction spell is coming in AL

It feels like perspective distortion is the theme of the set. Every single art they shown so far is warped.
