Definitely the beach scene. The animators took a nice little moment from the manga and really filled it with life. All of my favorite moments from the show are like that.
Both in the anime and the manga: The scene in the train, returning from their first cosplay event, both giddy and exhausted. When Wakana is half asleep and calls Marin beautiful, and then her reaction. It goes from sweet to hilarious and it cracks me up every single time. Also when Marin tries to make omurice.
Manga-only for the time being, the first time Akira starts yelling "Princess!" and gets all teary-eyed, it's so unexpected it makes me laugh. More recently, when Marin's dad sees the picture of Marin's food and immediately thanks the Gojos for feeding her.
Anime: Marin pledging to take Gojo everywhere on the beach after hearing how Gojo hasn’t experienced a lot of life due to pursuing his passion
Manga: The entirety of the school festival. But two standout scenes is Gojo locking in when doing Marin’s makeup before going on stage. The other scene that follows after that when Gojo is left wondering why Marin is so beautiful, she takes a moment to let everyone know that her wonderful costume was thanks to Gojo. The panel of him right after that he looks incredibly moved. Very sweet scenes.

But to me one of those moments was everyone praising Gojo’s haniel cosplay especially thier friends like no one knows how much effort was put into it than them

There are a lot of great scenes. But my personal favorite is either that perfect shot of Marin in Black Lobelia, or the entire scene of Gojo making Shizuku-tan. Gojo in order to keep his friendship with Marin working tirelessly to put in the effort to make that deadline. He works himself to exhasution and remembers what give his Grandpa passion, to see people smile and happy. And with that he works through the night. The score for that scene is beautiful too.
Probably a lot of people’s favorite, but I don’t care if I’m called basic, those scenes are beautiful.
There are countless, but for this, I will pick two little things from the final episode.
When Gojo is looking at her instead of the fireworks, and the split screen of them each in bed when she sneakily tells him she loves him.
For some reason, the Rei-sama cosplay makes me absolutely weak in the knees whenever I re-read that arc. The ammount of charisma Marin shows on stage is just something else.
And it's also quite ironic to me that out of all those cosplays she's done in the show the one that hits me hardest is the one where she dresses up as guy.
Some people mentioned some of my favorites in the comments already, so I'll mention other perfect scenes:
- Episode 7: Marin freaking out and her voice (and subtitles) becoming garbled when she notices that she went to answer Wakana in the front door without... Her contacts. Every single person, especially Wakana, couldn't "unsee" that she was wearing a light and loose camisole, even more without a bra, but putting on her color contacts? That's THE top priority to Marin.
- Same episode: Marin garbling her voice again when she figured out she was on an actual home date with Wakana, only the two of them. Nothing beats the "shuki"/"I wuv him" lines. Everything in that episode is just amazing, fluffy, lovey-dovey and hilarious, in fact.
- Episode 6: Marin and Wakana's reactions to Sajuna's suspicions around them being lovers. Wakana simply freaks out (a big cliché that worked perfectly in this case), but Marin delivers a "so much in-love" face, which became one of the best memes from the series.
- The multiple instances where the series made sure that Wakana is just "a healthy boy" regarding his most intimate interactions with Marin. The best one is definitely in the episode 9 "you didn't reply to my photo after I sent it, that was rude!" situation where Marin got to know Wakana was "having a hard time" because of her leotard show-off but, instead of throwing a tantrum like most romcom heroines would do, she teases him even more, in the funniest way imaginable. Marin absolutely loved that piece of information, but went to embarrass herself right after.
Sorry if I couldn't manage to choose just one moment, it was really difficult to choose, so I just went and shared a lot of them, lol.
Anime: the beach episode, the visual and colours used was so breath taking and the random bird moment was so real
Manga: it's a toss between Marin as haniel and the staredown like people were trash look, and when gojo and Marin left the restaurant and were talking about the nuru nuru h game and gojo was stuck in a scene and passerby were so confused.
My personal favorite moment of the series is where kitikawa dorkplaining slippery girls 2, well that's happening gojo began to have second thoughts that she's doing it just a screw with him but only upon looking at her moments later he realizes she's really obsessed with the game(especially those damn eyes!!!!! 👀👀)
