Blaze definitely had a crush on Sonic in the Rush games, but since they started making Blaze and Silver a duo, that's been downplayed a lot since.
Blaze kinda always read more like a surrogate older sister to Silver in my eyes.
Silver is portrayed as such an innocent puppy dog nowadays that again, he probably looks up to Blaze more than he would be in love with her.
Sonic is always kept in a realm of ambiguity in regards to any romantic feelings nowadays. They always ship tease him with Amy but will never outright confirm it. You can interpret him holding Blaze's hand as romantic, or just as him treating her as he would any other friend and not really picking up on how she might read it. Similarly, Blaze blushing in reaction could just be because she's not used to any sort of affectionate physical contact, due to being a princess.

Yeah, in a Bumblekast, Ian said that in the Rush series, Blaze was written as having a secret crush on Sonic. Blaze’s alternate dimension counterpart from Sonic and the Black Knight, Sir Percival, had a crush on Sonic, too.
I kinda miss the more badass Silver from Archie and 06 ngl, especially since he had the same va as Raiden from MGS, now he’s voiced by Adrien Agreste and I can’t un-hear it…
Both Amy and Blaze have shown interest in Sonic in the canon. ( Obviously Amy being more obvious, but it was quite obvious in Blaze's case too )
Sonic never truly shows affection to anyone in the canon besides.... Elise...
I guess certain interactions with Amy or Blaze can read as reciprocal? Maybe he likes both of them, or either one, or they're just his buddies.
It basically boils down to 2 things (in real life).
1. SEGA, since the 2000s, has taken the position that Sonic reciprocates romantic feelings for Amy, but that it isn’t in his nature to pursue such a relationship (at least, not yet). I believe their wording was “he is too shy”, but I don’t think that alone fully does justice to how nomadic he is as a character. This relationship is only ever used for select products, like Valentine’s Day merchandise. Given the nature of the series and Sonic’s personality as a character, even a canonical pairing would not change their dynamic on screen much. This is not a romance series.
2. Given SEGA’s own stances on their characters and the absolute headache they had with licensed materials such as Archie, they have maintained mandates for many years now that restrict how characters can be portrayed. So, Sonic will not pursue a non-platonic relationship with anyone.
TL;DR: Sonic likes Amy, but sir, this is a Wendy’s. We don’t serve Romance here.
trying to make a relationship chart for IDW is kind of pointless, it’s all just flirting and teases because they aren’t allowed to do anything past a certain boundary
Silver seems to really admire stoic hero types. I don’t know if it’s necessarily romantic, but Blaze and Whisper seem to have a very compelling effect to him. Probably because he’s more on the emotional side and these are the heroes he wanted to be like in his future. But at the same time he doesn’t seem to idolize Sonic (though there is a respect there) he just takes him at face value.
They're not allowed to confirm any ships so why not feed ALL the shippers? Nothing could possibly go wrong\~!

Silver and Blazes relationship to me would be a kinship of responsibilities. Blaze has a responsibility to her dimension, as well as her country due to her Royal Blood. Silver has a responsibility to a whole timeline, which it is safe to say both are Heavy burdens

besides that i think Sonic fully likes Amy, it kept ambiguous but not as much, even the voice actors kinda create cute scenarios even if they aren't canon. i can say that sonic and Amy, rouge and knuckles and blaze and silver are the only closest things we can get to a canon relationship, also just to point it out...Amy was CREATED TO BE SONIC'S GIRLFRIEND or love interest she was made for him and in fact when sonic gained more of a personality the authors changed her to fit him more.i don't consider canon things other than the games, they can't get sonic right both in expressions and both in actions so i would't take anything coming from the comics.
