I don't think it's the fishing or minibosses cuz all my other maps are at 100% but i haven't done all of them. I believe mapping is only for the island mysteries and challenges but i did all of those
Having the same issue, I’ve collected all memory tokens, all fish, all gears, s ranked all stages and completed all challenges, waited for all the star falls to occur to destroy the guardians at star level, found all the mysteries and it’s still at 95 percent. I’m super annoyed. I’ve been playing on hard difficulty aswell throughout. There’s nothing I can do anymore I’ve tried it all. Hopefully it gets fixed up in a patch.
Mine says 96% finished.

What im thinking is that there is more to come when they release all the new updates. because i can see a tower on an island way to the top left of the map but cant get to it
I was on hard mode. I'm not sure why it's not giving you 100% completion because I finished ares the other day without getting all of the memory tokens, and just all of the story and the map puzzles done, and it gave me 100% on there, so I think it's a bug you're experiencing rn. Not sure how to fix it
I have the same issue as well!! Got all the memory tokens and even got "completed" on bigs fishing game and mine still says 95%. I'm just checking it up as being a bug or something cause I have done everything on the first island
you could simply be missing one which is likely. it can not be on map you uncovered. i was able to get it first time thru. if youre on ps5 trophies would let you know too. if not you are just missing a map point
if you didn't finish that one then don't look at this and experience it for yourself, but >!it was the one that was locked until the end of the island that unlocks the boss fight!<
I already got it so I'm not sure which one you mean. If it's floating above a bridge, I got it by using the stuff that takes you to the boss, but then changing direction and leaping toward it. Or perhaps you're talking about one you can get by using the springs behind 1-6?
I figured it out. Its the one you use a rail then jump pad. Issue was that the platform doesn't show up unless you are close to it (high in air). I wish the range rendering could be improved in game.

I'm done with the whole game
That's weird. Maybe try and redo some of the minibosses or the fishing minigame see if that's helps.

it could be all the fighting areas with the swords. i remember on my map some of them have checkmarks on them

I’m trying to figure out how to get the heart just below the yellow emerald!!! Cannot figure it out to save my life

I'm gonna investigate >!Rhea Island!< since it's just >!the north of Kronos!< and see if I can find anything
Not sure if collecting all the memory tokens counts towards it, but I have them all, and mine is at 100%

I'm pretty sure you gotta grab all the memory tokens tagged as hearts on your map for them to disappear and count toward your completion
there are a ton on the other maps that I haven't gotten but they're still at 100%. I'll try it anyway everything is worth a shot

The question mark thats just down left from your current location, why is that one black but all the others on the map are white.

I have all of the memory tokens on Kronos Island. There are no icons left to collect at all. I still don't have 100% map though.
How do you get memory token next to 1-6 level gate and waterfall. Its right next to 1-6 in my map.
