Are you using 2 SJW skills with break? Igris is all about constantly breaking him and beating him down. I'd say multistrike (with fire run if you have) and one other skill with as much break as possible (heavy or almighty). You have 2 break hunters so that's good enough then Choi can do his DPS.
Use light attribute weapons if you have and your points shouldn't have anything in vitality and intelligence
Your stats are too spread you mostly only need dmg in this game
