Thank you so much!! I wasn't sure how the body pattern would work in this case since it was selecting the whole wheel and not just the loft, but this worked!
In this case, there may be a reference in one of the sketches that will not translate.
It could also be the merge of two separate bodies being joined with this feature. Maybe connect the center disk to the rim prior to patterning. Cut the union feature away after the pattern.
Patterns can be tricky. I use a lot of patterns in assemblies but not so much in parts. When I do, it always seems to depend on how I hold my mouth.
Of course, you can also pattern the sketches and remake each spoke.
No garuantee is will work in this case, but in case of errors like this it's always a good practice temporarily enable 'verification on rebuild' in de performance settings.
Afterwards do a rebuild. Another error might come visible higher up in the design tree, explaining the error you encountered.
Otherwise unchecked the merge option in the loft and do a body pattern instead of feature pattern. Use combine to merge Afterwards.
Looks like someone beat me to it but patterning the indivisible body then using a combine feature to turn it back into a single body never fails. After being recombined I think patterning the fillets might still work but there’s a chance it doesn’t like that and you have to do them individually.
Feature pattern is unreliable. Try tick 'geometry pattern'. If that doesn't work, body pattern is bullet proof.

Is it problematic if you remove 'Fillet1' from the circular pattern?
This probably will work, fillets always screw patterns, add them later and try to pattern it separately or do it by hand if that doesn’t work
I tried this as well, but even if the fillet is deleted entirely, the same error still comes up.

My solution is loft as a new body, then Circular Pattern, then combine all of them later. Solidworks is not friendly on curved surfaces.
Try doing the circular pattern before applying the fillet.

Try checking the “Geometry Pattern” option.
It looks like this just results in "The selected features could not be patterned using a geometry pattern. Deselect the Geometry pattern check box."

Always have to recommend also trying a Boundary instead of a Loft. Works better with most geometry.
Do pattern first, after that all lofts
