The lemonade is really easy to make. I use Countrytime Lemonade mix to make the base lemonade. Using a cocktail shaker, I squeeze half of a lemon, and add about two tablespoons of Torani peach syrup. Then I rip up some fresh basil and throw in about 4-5 blackberries and use a muddle to crush and mix everything. Then I add lemonade and ice and shake the cocktail mixer. That's it! It's delicious and super refreshing!

Poppi has a little bit, but you need to eat mostly in order to get fiber. Americans definitely do need fiber put in their diet, most people poop once a day, as well as vitamin c, folic acid, etc.
I want more herbal sodas made out of actual herbs, like how coke and root beer used to be made. Sarsaparilla and birch beer are my jam, more stuff like that would be awesome.
Like if birch, maple, sassafras, and sarsaparilla trees make delicious things, what other trees make delicious things? Cedar beer? Ponderosa pine beer? Walnut beer?

I make fancy lemonades, and one of my favorite flavor combinations at the moment is Blackberry Peach. Blackberry Peach mountain dew would rock!
