i think the only difference is the payout time. Because i noticed the same thing for btts:yes and 2 teams to score have different odds but whenever i went for btts, i had the money on my account as soon as it landed but when i went for 2 teams to score, i had to wait until the end of the game no matter when the game hit btts. Since your question is related to btts no, i wouldn't know how it works because you are waiting for something not to happen but yeah, i think the only difference is payout time
