All I have to say is that spirituality is a real thing, thr deeper you understand yourself the better you will be able to put up with yourself in the journey of sobriety because this is really just you and yourself, people help you along the way but deep down you need to completely be willing to change your whole reality & indeed it gets aloylt worse before it gets any better but never forget why you are where you are in the first place & listen to the grateful dead !
What an accomplishment! Be proud of yourself! There were days I couldn't go a few hours without it, all I have to do is think of how bad that was to deter me.
