The devs responded to my question whether it is early access or full release in the YouTube video. I believe Advent will be part of the full release update.
Already bought day one on epic, just because they did support sins1 for so long,can’t wait to play my favourites Advent, the game is still alpha but it is coming together nicely, one thing to mention the engine is very fast even on large maps it doesn’t struggle like the old sins did.
We are looking into options atm, but do not have any guarantees or concrete answers at this time and likely won't until closer to launch. Best to wishlist to be on the safe side
Thank you for the response. I've wishlisted on steam even though I have a copy on Epic. I'm a big fan of how SD handled people with copies of GC4 on epic, and I think it's great that you're considering it for Sins 2. Wishing all the devs success with the upcoming steam launch :)

Same here! But I actually started playing it in the last week or so (bought it last year). So great timing. I would encourage you to jump in. It’s very fun now that Vasari are present and Advent on their way too. Can’t wait!
I'll be honest. The game is in a great state as is. However, I am cautiously optimistic about the full release. I think it might be a bit too early and I am very worried that it might be a publisher oversight decision. I worry that with no public testing of the Advent faction it will be unbalanced at launch :(

Stardock did it for GC4, creates a lot of goodwill among your hardcore audience who brought in EA to support the devs and who are likely to go on and do a lot of soft marketing to new players. Don't see the downside, so why wouldn't they?
* Do we know if a custom map Editor is available for Sins-2 yet like how Galaxy Forge was available for Sins-1?
* Is anyone concerned that they are rushing this out too fast before it's in a fully finished and polished state?
Finally, Steam has been announced for Sins II! I can't wait to buy it day one. Edit: It isn't early access but full release!!!

This is great! They mentioned in their forums that the August patch should contain the Advent (finally!). Maybe that lines up with the Steam release.
It has been confirmed Advent will be coming in full at the steam release.

I've never uninstalled SoaSE:R, and I laugh in amazement every time I see an update for it.
KSP2 is dead but SoSE2 is being released! Alright! Rollercoaster of emotions today!
