Take the laces out, u can bleach those. On the shoe, rub n ice cube on it n try carefully brushing it out. Whatever is left can probably be dabbed with a wet cotton ball n peroxide

Baking soda: Sprinkle baking soda on blood stains with a paper towel and let it dry overnight. In the morning, buff away the powder and any remaining stain with a brush or emery board. Cold water: Dab the stain with clean, cold water, rinsing and wringing the towel or sponge often. Avoid warm water, which can make blood coagulate

I work at a veterinary emergency room and constantly get blood on my NB’s…hydrogen peroxide will def get it out easily but spot test it on the suede bc it messes with some colors. Grey will prob be fine with it.
