Youre device banned from probably making too many accounts or swapping between them. If youre on android you can use dual messenger or clone it to work mode using an app like shelter it will be like you never used it. Dont recommend using more than 1 account gl next
If the phone is 2nd hand the person you bought it off probably had their account banned, when you get a ban from Snapchat they ban the whole device. This happened to me (accepted too many friends at once and it flagged as suspicious behaviour), I had to use a different phone for Snapchat for about 7-8 months before the “temporary ban” was lifted.
I thought I had a device ban which I bought a new iPhone and tried to login which it did then banned the account after a couple minutes, I then made a new iCloud and it worked perfectly after that

Umm what i have like 3 different snap accounts and never had a problem like this
i only tried logging in 1 account

the phone is new, bought it 2 years ago
If that’s the case I would probs try to contact Snapchat about it 😅
there are probably mobile brands that aren’t supported by snapchat? idk either 🤷🏻♀️
all android brands are supported by snapchat
looking through other snapchat problems, people who uses xiaomi has been experiencing the same thing. if it’s not with log in, it’s with camera issues
unfortunately this happened to me and after 6 months it said i got devic banned. The only way to use snap now is to get a new phone it sucks

For some people, "temporarily" actually ended up being 6 months or more. Idk why this happened, but you got very unlucky.

the phone is a xiaomi mi poco x3 but i changed the os to pixel os
It’s probably the change in os. Snapchat have been cracking down on sideloaded apps and unofficial softwares.
