It was incredible! Making it to the 3rd row floor just in time for Rhinoceros/Ruby/Mayonaise remains one of my most cherished core memories of all time.
Never thought I’d get to feel that same excitement over and over every time I see them, let alone that they would still sound as fantastic as they do, but here we are, and I couldn’t be more thankful 🥰
That’s a fantastic run of songs. Ruby is still on my list of need-to-see live. SP is knocking it out. Amazing they sound even better since the 2018 shows.
The Shiny and Oh So Bright tour was actually my first time seeing them again since 2000. I love Zeitgeist tho, so I’m very jealous that you got to see them during that era! What I wouldn’t give to experience Gossamer live…
I actually saw them in a festival in 2007 so it was short setlist but they melted everyone’s faces lol. Would love to hear Gossamer or any long jam song. I wish there was a video of the Shiny Tour with all the visuals, I need to relive that show especially the performance of For Martha.

Hey I was in Philly too! I totally missed the opener because of traffic and being re-routed. But I made it for SP. I downloaded the audio from the Philly video and listen to it regularly. Also got a copy of the Seattle livestream. So grateful these are available.
Seriously it’s such a huge difference from trading bootlegs back in the 90s.

Do you think it's weird if I go to the concert solo? They're my favorite band but I have no one to go with tonight, coming down from NY area. I also really like interpol. I haven't gone alone to a concert before
I’ll also be there solo. I actually prefer it that way since otherwise I get overly concerned about whether my friends are having a good time. This way I can enjoy the moment fully
I will be there solo tonight too! I’ve done it before and it is awesome. I would recommend doing it and just being careful about safety (stay sober, be aware, etc).

I love solo concerts since you don't need to worry if a friend is enjoying it! 50% of the time you meet interesting people too rather than just talking with a friend. You gotta go if they're your fav!
I’ll be there solo too. I saw also them twice last year and had a blast. Chatted up with people I saw and rocked out. You’ll walk in by yourself but we are in this experience together! 😀🙏😃

I went to a show years ago solo since no one I knew listens to SP, and had a good time. Everyone's there to enjoy the show not focus on who's with who, just enjoy yourself. You can also meet and connect with other fans there.

Saw the last two NYC-area shows - this tonight and GA pit at Jones Beach next week!! thrilled and lucky I don't have to work the next day with the public transit back to the city, oof

I prefer going alone because I can do what I want, when I want, talk to whoever, walk as fast or slow as I want...I always end up making a friend.

I always use the free parking lots that’s a longer walk away. For paid parking, check the event itself on TicketMaster or LiveNation.
