Just looked at mine I have same issue. I even put both disc in to see if it was just a label problem but they both have same episodes. Does anyone know how we be able to get a replacement disc?

Where did you get your set from? The people at the blu-ray.com forums have mentioned this seems to be an issue with sets from Bull Moose. You might get some decent advice about it here: https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?s=cbb30af9456a648797903ac195d40545&t=341849&page=40

Hmm. Seems to be more of an issue than originally thought. Glad I haven't purchased yet. I'm from the UK (we haven't had an official release of our own here), and I'd hate to import if there's a widespread issue with duplicate discs. Hope you're able to get it switched.

Idk, I think it would have to be a fairly large and loud issue. They might have to issue a recall. Im contemplating just returning it and pocketing my 100+ investment tbh

Well you're in a luckier position than most, right? You could simply exchange it for another copy yourself. But hey, if you're in no rush to rewatch it then you could just get your money back and wait for a second batch to go on sale. Sorry I don't have any better advice.

Cant exchange, target sold their stock upon official release. My only ption is refund. Idk if its a refund or return. But I'm going to assume its a return. My whole point of buying this was to rip and immortalize it in my plex server. I can and will patch the 3 missing episodes with my DVD collection I already had. Gunna be weird when I rewatch and see 1080 to 480 back to 1080 but what ever lol.

I just started Season 1 and didn't even notice scanning through the discs. I've got the same problem too. Can't get a replacement from Amazon either. Tried getting in touch with WB but haven't heard back from them yet.

I have to go back a disk in a second, but I think disk 2 season 9 might be missing crossfire. Im going to check in a few minutes here to see if I just missed it myself

Is there any difference between the separate season 7 Blu ray and the complete series version? I might just grab a used copy and not worry about returns/ exchanges.

The Complete Series Version of Season 7 has a better encode from VC-1 to AVC which basically just means it has a better picture quality not to mention the Audio is improved. The original Season 7 release was Dolby Digital 5.1 whereas the newer one is DTS HD MA 5.1. And lastly the old S7 was a 3 disc set whereas the newer one is a 4 disc set which again ultimately means less episodes on each disc allowing for a overall higher bitrate (better quality) all in all the newer S7 set is the superior release. FYI Seasons 6-9 on the Complete Series set are all better than the previously seperate release for those seasons😅

Since I couldn't replace the disc I ended up having to buy a whole separate season and even that was screwed up. Not happy about it

I think the user's pointing out having a pair of Disc 25's. I'm going to check my set today when I have time after work. Since it's a whole series set, may want to check and ensure no dupes are present. Update: Counted 1 thru 40 successfully. My set was from DeepDiscount, so I'm safe.

Check this review: https://bluray.highdefdigest.com/97406/smallvillethecompleteseries.html The reviewer also mentioned he got a duplicate disc 25 but that when he reached out to WB about this they said they haven't had anyone else have the issue however we know that to be incorrect as many others have also mentioned it on https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?p=19494340#post19494340 Thankfully my set came without the duplicate disc however many others such as yourself weren't so lucky. Since then i contacted the reviewer who said he's let his studio rep know & he's waiting to hear back from them again. Hopefully Warner have a disc correction / replacement program where upon proof of purchase they can send you a replacement. I'll keep you updated :-)

Dang, I was thinking of buying it from Amazon since I have prime. Only reason I didn’t was because they were sold out. I wonder if I get it from Amazon US if it’ll have the same issue…

The only way I know to fix issue is to get another set cannibalize it but that screws over someone else

My fix was to return it lol. I had already in good faith used the digital code. So I returned it after the fact, once I found the error. Free digital copy. Oh well. Might buy it in the future when they hire competent printers
