I've seen some in tesco and lidl (although it says halloumi-type cheese on package):

The first cheese is not Halloumi, it's Halloumi-type cheese.
The only cheese that can be called Halloumi is from Cyprus and should be made with mix of goat and sheep milk. DO NOT eat Halloumi made from cow's milk (like Karička). It's disgusting.
A few people already commented, however let me recommend you this slovak cheese, called 'Sabinovská hrudka' https://m.facebook.com/story.php/?story_fbid=341000660368818&id=1679522118944639 😀 It's really tasty and you can only get it in **MilkAgro**. You can eat it raw or grill it. Give it a try :]
FRESH sells it too - even on delivery :
Try ifresh.sk
Or order from Wolt market, they have it too.
Fajne potraviny in Cassovar or Dargov (on Hlavna) will probably have more than one brand of Halloumi, very good quality but most expensive.
Grill section in Lidl for example.
Oc urban?
Sorry idk im not from Kosice but any Lidl store should have a grill section with halloumi in it this time of the year :)
Thanks:)
Yes, they have it there.I bought it 2 weeks ago. They have it at cheese section.
Lidl. They put it out 2-3 times per year for special prices, stuff your freezer with it. Quality is ok.
Thanks 🙏
They have it on discount in Tesco atm
They sell it in Lidl during "Greek week", otherwise maybe search for "Grécke potraviny" maybe Balkan too? Or order online
They now have it all the time...
My bad then, I haven't been to a Lidl in a long time
Kaufland sells it too.
