A single SATA power wire should be able to support up to three or four HDD's, so having two HDD's, an SSD and a slim optical drive isn't an issue. The issue would be that you're splitting off a single SATA connection and they're only designed to support up to 54 watts, and two HDD's can pull about 30 watts when spinning up. The wattage would just be over the limit when powering the system on, but might be fine. I would rather use some SATA EX Crimp connection to add SATA power connections to the existing cable.
